This is the best accommodation we have had in our European trips. The staff were very welcoming and explain everything clearly. The room was spacious with fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with changing space. The kids loved the balcony and the loft with 2 single beds to their own. The property is clean and when we where short of towels or toilet paper, they bring them up quickly. The hot water and heating made us warm and comfy. The location is great, quiet with Lidl nearby and bus stop within a minute walk. The buses are very frequent and run till late at night.

Location was great close enough to everything. In a nice part of the city. There is a big Euro Spar a few mins walk if you need anything. Only a few minutes walk to the bus stop near the tobacco shop where you can buy tickets €1.50 each way. Other option is 1/2/3 day pass or week which then gives access to use the bus & boats. It only takes around 15-20 mins to cross the water to the main part of Venice. Peaceful stay, warm welcoming host who was happy to help and explain where to find everything. Cake shop next door is worth a visit I would highly recommend and if i go back to Venice will rebook as i really enjoyed my stay

It was our second stay in Quirinus. Very beautiful building,  underground parking, big, nice and clean apparent with all the necessary for your stay in quite area, 5 minutes walk from the bus station. There are 2 bus lines to Venice -6 and 7 that come almost empty to the this station. Excellent communication with the host. Answer your messages within 10-15 minutes Amazing pasticceria the next door to the building entrance with more than 25 different types of croassants, sandwiches,  sweets, fruit salad- the perfect place for breakfast.

Our bad was sloping down, and it was not as comfortable as we needed for a good rest.

Apartment was clean and light. There is a kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Our room had a small balcony. Neighbourhood is nice and not loud. Downstairs is exceptional bakery with tasty croissants and good coffee. Eurospar supermarket is near, like 3minute walk. Buses to Venezia are close to the hotel. So all together very comfortable.

We stayed 4 people, so two of us had to sleep on the double bed, but that had some free space behind the head that we didn’t liked (like a hole). But that’s a small nuance.

Nice apartment, fully furnished, with all equipment in the kitchen. Two rooms with two huge beds. All the sheets and towels were provided. The building has free underground parking and elevator. In the ground floor there is a shop with sweets and coffee. Really close to shops/pizza and bus stop. Very good location.

No wine glasses ;)

Handy to the bus for travel to Venice. Parking provided and the most fabulous cafe/patisserie downstairs that makes the entire stay very memorable.

The apartment didn't have a sofa but then we realised that the bed converts to a sofa during the day. You need it for comfortable seating when you're not sleeping.

An absolutely perfect location. Clean, quiet, spacious, private parking, a great cafe on the ground floor that perfectly complements the location. 2 minutes from the bus stop.... I hope to come back here. Note 10. Grazie mille!

Excellent position, the apartment was furniture was new and provided with all the facilities needed (dishwasher, pots and pans) and it was located at 200 metres away from a bus stop to Venice and on top of an amazing coffe and pastry shop

The pillow were definitely too thin for us

The apartment was clean and spacious, very comfortable for 4 people. There was a straight bus to and from Venice and the bus arrived at frequent intervals, which made transport convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful and was physically present to assist us with the check-in during office hours as well as supply any information that we needed. There was also a wonderful pasticceria downstairs where we could have breakfast everyday, and a supermarket within walking distance. All in all we had a great stay!

Letizia was very kind, and she offered very useful advice for transport, and local restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and quiet. The bus stop was 1 min away, and there are very good shops nearby (walking distance). The parking is large and safe. It is a perfect place to stay when traveling to Venice.

Everything was perfect.
