As for location you can't get better. You can walk from bus station (20 mins) and you're IN the old town. Friendly staff, and the big breakfast was more than I expected. The spa was very nice, and I had the Thai massage which was excellent. Again, the staff was very welcoming, friendly and pleasant.

Location is great - just in the middle of the old city. Nice, clean room.

Considering the hotels standards the breakfast was very disappointing- I would rather recommend to have a proper breakfast in the city.

The hotel is nice. It met my expectations. We are satisfied with the breakfast offered - there is something for every taste. Various offers - salads, cold appetizers, soup, eggs, sweets. The coffee is not good. There is no possibility to order an espresso. The room is spacious. The outdoor courtyard with the waterfall is an ideal place to relax. The staff is very kind and helpful. Enough clean.

I was irritated by small mishaps such as: a broken leg on the bed; non-working shower in its basic version (water flows like a waterfall, not like rain); hot water comes to the bathroom very slowly; a torn pocket on the bath dressing gown. The pool has colder water than normal and the jacuzzi has very hot water. No possibility to order espresso.

giant super resort with everything in it. jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and pool included in the price, extra towels for the pool and very good space for everyone. Very warm, comfortable room and cleanliness accessories included in the room. the top floor was a restaurant and coffee bar with very tasty food. the staff was very helpful in everything and the waitresses were very kind and cultured. Although the breakfast was self-service, the waiter was very attentive and helped to distribute tea or orange juice. It would take a whole book to describe the pleasure in this hotel. Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfy with a great view. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had good variety and it was decently delicious for a hotel breakfast. Loved the walk-in shower in the bathroom.

Our room was cleaned only once during our stay which is a bit weird for a 5* hotel. The spa was nice but a little dingy and worn compared to the rest of the hotel. The coffee at the breakfast was the worst (luckily there are many nice coffee places just outside).

Everything was perfect, welcoming, friendly and polite staff all round. Reception staff were very pleasant and professional, the maids were also very welcoming. The Spa facility was 10/10 with very reasonable prices for massage services. The room was extremely clean and smelt very fresh at all times - will definitely stay here again 👍

Very good location , beautiful room ,pleased by the spa facilities that were included in the price for the room. Didnt bother personally from the mosque at 6am. I consider it cultural background

We had no warm water in our room for the whole stay of 2 nights. We talked with reception several times even asked for refund .they told us multiple times they will solve it or change the room...never happened. .i used the spa facilities for a warm Shower...... That is not professional handling of situations like that in any accomodation site specially a 5 star one...

The hotel is very good, as it is quite huge. Breakfast was good, and the room as well. Spa was great however the Hammam was not working while our stay. We also had dinner once in the restaurant and it was great.

People are allowed to smoke in the restaurant, and as some guests were also smoking in the room, our room was smelling smoke probably coming from other rooms through the ventilation system. I guess this is not a problem of the property specifically as most of places in Macedonia permit smoking.

Well managed hotel in old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well equipped, spacious rooms equipped with mini fridges. Meals and drinks are not very expensive. Soft beds. Big bathroom with all items needed for travelers. Amazing Spa area, you can get a body massage for additional price. Breakfast with countless options. Very good value for the price.

Sometimes the parking could be very busy. Turkish bath was low in steam. There is rooms faced directly to a mosque so you will get up early.

Location and very helpfully staff

I do not know what has been happening but breakfast served at the top restaurant, from my point of view, is worse and worse. There are less choice of dishes, and for example scrambled eggs and omelettes are cold. For a while there was served breakfast at the lower level and it was better. There is a problem with finding a place at the parking lot but staff is solving that problem.
