Excellent place to stay-one of the best from our 3 week trip to Bali. The location was great-not in the heart of the tourist scene at mushroom beach, but there were a variety of restaurants to walk to. The pool was wonderful-day and night, though keep in mind that the pool heats up from the sun during the day so can feel quite warm. The bungalow was well put together, extremely clean and comfortable. Best were the staff, who were both kind, friendly and kept everything running well. Much thanks to the owners who were on site. We also had massages at the spa and they too were great. Run to this place and hopefully you too will have a wonderful time. It is just a short walk to Dream Beach and Sunset Point.

This was the best place I've stayed in since coming to Bali!!! I did not expect to like The Niti Huts so much. The entire resort felt so luxurious and I felt like I was staying in a 5-star accommodation for 3-star price. The individual cottages were generous with space and I loved the little touches like 4 pillows, a wastebasket in the room, the hot water kettle with coffee and tea, a mini fridge, free water, a safety box, extra towels etc. I also ended up loving the outdoor bathroom which I was initially afraid of because of bugs or lizards but there were none. It was such a luxury showering under the blue sky or the moon! The bathroom also looked super high end and there was a drying rack as well as wall pegs to hang up your stuff. I appreciated the extra face towels and dental and shower kits provided as well. The entire place was also well tended to with a beautiful garden and pool and was just all around super clean. All in all just an amazing experience with a great host. Kadek was super accommodating and helped me get my laundry sorted out and rented a bicycle for me. She was also so sweet to drive me (for free!) to my snorkeling session all the way in Jungutbatu and offer to pick me up after. I got sick while I was in Nusa Lembongan and she'd check up on me as well. I truly wished I could stay here forever but had to move as the place was fully booked. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Nusa Lembongan. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a place to relax, The Niti Huts is the best place to stay!!

If I was super picky, the hot water in the shower doesn't last long but all you have to do is turn the tap off and turn it on again and the hot water will pick up :)

The housekeeper is such a pleasant women and all the staff were realy helpful. We are traveling with our baby and he got really nice attention from everyone during the stay. The accomodation had nice pool area and great garden, where our baby could walk and play. We were really surprised by cleanliness that we had during the stay. The room was cleaned every day. Every evening our bed was prepared for sleeping: bed was made, mosquito net pulled on and even spray from mosquitoes was used to be sure that we will have a comfort of sleeping. All the sheets and towels were changed often. The shower was realy spacious. There is The Niti SPA next to the entrance, where we got 60 min massages for about 10 Eur. The best spot to swim and to feel the ocean in all the island was Dream beach and it is less then several min of walking.

Great staff, friendly and helpfull. Minor issues (airco not cold, missing towels) were handled swiftly. Onsite arranging of taxis, scooters, transfers went smoothly. Location is great. The newer ‘family’ huts are a bit newer, better lit, have a TV, enclosed bathroom and waterfiltering system and the airco works a bit better than in the regular huts.

Unfortunately there was daily trash burning noticeable from neighboring properties which tended to linger for a bit. Not as noticeable in the family huts. Wifi sometimes didn’t work. 4G did though.

Great large villas, beautiful outlook of gardens from balcony, clean & comfortable. Amazing when it rains as shower area outside so you feel like your in tropics. Great scooter hire price, owners amazing and staff.. great massage business outside the villas so cheap also. Great restaurant and shop across the road, great people all in all.

Not near any swimming beaches, beaches quite rough and coral makes it rough walking also a lot of rubbish on the beaches,

My stay at this hotel in Nusa Lembongan was nothing short of perfect! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with the warmest smiles and were incredibly attentive throughout my stay. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The breakfast was amazing every single day – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. The location was ideal, offering a peaceful ambiance while still being close to all the attractions on the island. One of the highlights of my stay was the massage place right next to the hotel. I had the best massage I’ve experienced in Bali! The massage therapists were professional, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nusa Lembongan – 100% worth it! I’ll definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place! We stayed here for 3 nights. The hut is very comfortable and clean. Cleaning service not once but twice a day! First during the day to refresh towels etc. and at night to make everything mosquito free! Never had such good service. Bed was comfortable, outdoor bathroom is well maintained en the shower is very nice too, stays hot for a long time! Location is great too, very close to Dream Beach and Devil’s Tears. Would recommend to rent a scooter which they have available right away for a good price. Would recommend this place to everyone going to Nusa Lembongang! 🫶🏻

Toilet didn’t flush all the time, but that’s not a big problem. Breakfast isn’t very special, there’s a lot of good breakfast options around :)

Great scenic and relaxing area with great beaches, waves, relaxing sounds, and a slow pace. The owners were very kind and helpful. The location of the rooms (which are similar to the tropical beach huts you would find in Fiji, Vanuatu, or French Polynesia is great near Mushroom Beach (15-minute walk) and Dream Beach (6-minute walk). The hotel has scooters for rent, a spa, and can arrange for snorkeling or diving. This is somewhere I plan to return.

The hotel was excellent, but if you use a credit card, there is a 3% charge. So pay cash.

WOW this place is heaven. It was so nice and peaceful and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the room and especially the outdoor bathroom, no bugs or anything and very clean, the toilet and sink are sheltered so still covered if it rains or anything. The bed was huge and perfect, I wish i had this at home. The outdoor pool was perfect too, surrounded by nature and cute little birds, even saw yellow sun birds. Location was great, around the corner from dream beach, plenty of amazing restaurants to eat from and the best coffee i ever had around the corner. Thank you so much Niti Huts!
