Great location, good food and attentive staff. Every staff member was an individual character which added to the colour of the holiday. Easy access to the lifts and quiet in the evenings but with easy access to the town for anyone wanting nightlife. Great fondue restaurant as an alternative to the included food (extra charge) made for a special evening with the family.

It’s rare that I can’t find something to say that would improve the experience. The convention in the sauna area was for everyone to be naked, which is typical in Austria and gives us Brits an issue but that’s a cultural thing rather than a hotel thing. So, no, there was nothing I didn’t like.

Breakfast buffet was great. Dinners good. Staff helpful and friendly. Our room was very nice, with a balcony and a view of the village and the mountains. A bonus was the presence of the 2 pet mini-pigs with an inside glass enclosure to view them, and an outside "paddock"

Charging for tap water at dinner, except when you bought a bottle of wine. Why so hot in the dining room?! Soundproofing between rooms not great (so we were lucky that the next room was empty most of our stay!)

The hotel is in quiet area, across the stream from the valley's main road. It's right across from the Giggijochbahn lift, reachable in 10 minutes by foot over the nearby bridge, which also leads to the main promenade of the Sölden village with bars and restaurants. Awesome views from the room to the Ötztal valley. The family room was spacious, with 2 bedrooms (queen bed in each), lounge area and 2 more single beds in the attic above the main room. The hotel has ski storage and underground parking, 4 saunas and a pool. Great breakfast, and exceptional dinner

We loved our stay at Hotel Sunny Solden. The staff (in particular the waiting staff) were fantastic and attentive to all our needs. The evening meal was exceptional each night and exceeded all our expectations (5 courses!). The spa and sauna facilities were also very good and perfect after a long day skiing.

It wasn't clear when we booked our stay that the hotel doesn't serve an evening meal on the Tuesday night. They did instead give us a 20 Euro refund on our bill.

Amazing staff, the best dinner in Austria, it should has a Michelin star for sure, comfortable location near the lift and a free parking that is a huge plus! And those little pigs living in the hotel were so cute! Definitely recommend and would love to come back

Location. 3 mins walk from ski lift and town. Facilities in hotel great. Sauna, pool and steam after skiing a real bonus. Maid service superb. Breakfast and dinner were great and service too.

Not much. Maybe some music and a bit more lively bar in evening. Maybe a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities in room

Breakfast and dinner were good; WIFI connection in the room was very good; Location of this hotel is top; Hotel Manager saw to it that the participants of radmarathon were able to view the briefing the night before and offered to transport supplements in one of the marathon stops

The smell of the fondue restaurant downstairs was a bit present in my opinion.

Ideally located for Sölden and the gondola. Fantastic staff that couldn't do enough for you and spotlessly clean. Great facilities and spacious rooms.

There is nothing I would change. I would however request a room overlooking pool towards Sölden as it gets the sun in the afternoon.

What an amazing hotel, just spent a lovely week here, the hotel has large rooms, the food is delicious and plentiful, Arno is great and all his staff are incredible, friendly and helpful. Fantastic ..I hope to return one day!!
