My friend and I visited in September 2022. On the map it looks like a great location, but the location is even better in real life! We were in the middle of town, close enough to the beaches, restaurants, nightlife, bus and train stations, which meant we could comfortably explore! Amenities wise, I would compare to any other budget holiday inn/ibis type hotel, where you have your basics bed, wardrobe and bathroom with standing shower. There was no kettle/fridge in room. We were fine with this as we didn’t intend to stay long in the room and went out for breakfast every day. The coffee shops are a few steps away! They did have a Nespresso machine in reception so if you wanted a coffee, you could have one from there. Air conditioning worked well, just a little noisy sometimes, but we did so much exploring in the day we were too tired to notice much!

Pillow was hard so pretty much slept to the end of it. Found previous guests soap bar and hair grip stuck to the shower rack. Just put it in the bin and cleaned it myself rather than make a fuss. Cleanliness was OK, hotel gets away with a lot at the moment because it is a relatively new hotel, but as it gets more worn they would need to make sure cleanliness was up to consistent standards.

Central location near bars cafes beach marina and museums... Clean tidy comfortable rooms with helpful friendly team. Over looking cafes and bars but not too noisey.

Basic brekfast but plenty of good coffee from good qulity coffeee machine. Entrance of the hotel is to the side in a pedsetrian zone which can be a little tricky for drop off by taxi

The room is really comfy and well equiped. There is a nice view from the room. The location is good even if the are is quite noisy at night (more than I expected) but I have to highlight that the hotel has good noise isolation.

Central location. Comfortable bed. Very clean and tidy.

Noisy since it's in the main square where all the pubs and restaurants are.

The property was modern and had everything that was required throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and it was between 7am-11am on the weekend and 7am-10:30am on the weekdays which meant we didn’t have to get up too early to eat. Only a 6 minute walk to the train station where you can catch the train to Lisbon which takes around an hour. Location is great for food choices and 3 minute walk to the beach.

The noise that came from the square on Friday night and Saturday night was extremely loud and although earplugs are provided they didn’t really drown out any noise.

I didn't have breakfast or any other meals but there are lots of places to eat nearby, for example, the town's (very posh!) marina nearby. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the room a good size and the bed pretty good (ie firm). The location is charming, just off one of the main streets and a 5 minute walk fro m the railway station that takes you directly into Lisbon, with only one line so you can't take the wrong train and it's a 30 minute journey. At the end of that line you can take the metro, with just one change of line and a total of three stops, and be very close to the Cruise Ship Terminal, which is handy.

There is a lift for other floors but the access on the outside of the hotel (steep, mediaeval stone steps) could trouble those with heavy luggage or the elderly. It might not be the best pace for incapacitated travellers. The only other possible drawback, although I didn't experience it, would be late-night noise as the area has a few pubs and bars and Portugal is certainly on the "Youth" Euro-circuit of places to hang out. I may have avoided it in November but not sure how it would sound in summer although by bedroom did seem to have competent glazing.

Great property in a lovely location with lots of restaurants right in the street outside the hotel. Price was exceptional for the location of this hotel! Noise at night from the bar next door was loud however it didn't bother us that much and we were able to sleep through it.

Breakfast that was included was a let down - with too many carbs and sweets included. A tray of food is brought out for each person. In all my travels this is the first time where I did not enjoy the options - not to mention for the 3 nights we were there, the selection was always the same every morning. Was not a fan of the carb loaded breakfast, very disappointed.

Big room with big bed. Large bathroom, body wash and shampoon in the bathroom, hair dryer. Daily cleaning. Place close to restaurants and the beach

Check in at 4pm, not early. A room with a window on the side of the building, the window at the height of people passing by. When the window is open, people passing by and restaurant employees from oposite can see what is in the room.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room and all the premises were extremely clean. Breakfast is tasty and at the right quantity. Location is central and convenient. Lots of food options around.

Noise out, early night. If this troubles you, reconsider the hotel choice or try checking for quieter rooms within the hotel (if possible). There were ear plugs in the room. Hotel leads out to the main night entertainment corner of town. Pillows weren't great.
