Comfortable room with good view of the Gold Coast and ocean. Large room with good facilities, comfortable bed, sofa and well equipped bathroom with spa bath. It was very quiet with very little noise from other rooms or outside (when balcony doors closed). Foxtell on TV was good also. Staff members doing check in and check out were lovely especially the one for check in.

TV remote did not seem to work, foxtell remote did but TV would not turn off with that. After having shower there was water on the bathroom floor from the shower even though the shower door was closed.

Not the most fancy place but clean and comfortable, great for our spontaneous night away would stay again, they do need better coffee in the rooms but water pressure was amazing and the bed was nice an squishy not hard, pool and spa was great, spa in the room again amazing would have been nice just a bit bigger but was still great, staff were really nice and friendly love how its in the middle of surfers and broadbeach, had a great night

Need better Coffee and a little update on furniture, room had a bit of a stale smell but I sprayed it with perfume and was fine, was a good night

Greeted by warm and friendly welcoming staff. Clean and spacious room with a view of the ocean. Nicely quiet location within walking distance to both Surfers and Broadbeach or a morning stroll on the beach. This Oaks apartments ticked all the boxes.

Not much to not like. We both loved staying at the Oaks and will be coming back again. We found booking through Bookings.com a simple and easy process.

Amazing view, very very friendly staff at front desk & with housekeeping - very supportive, professional and kind. Location was great, beach was close - amazing sunset and sunrise views.

The light bulb holders above the beds have an accumulation of dust and no coverings - not sure this is something for hotel housekeeping but seems to need a professional deep cleaner/coverings to be installed. Its a bit unsettling and dust falls - we slept the opposite way. In general needs a deep clean but honestly its a really good value for money and staff are friendly enough to make us want to revisit.

Beautiful entrance way with a level of styling I haven't seen in years, the hotel has a charming and sweet feel with the subtle nods to a 1920s feel. We stayed in room 2016 and it was the cleanest hotel room I've been in 10years, spa baths can make or break a hotel when it comes to cleanliness, so once full I always turn the jets on full speeed and let it run for 5 minutes and the water once settled again was still as spotless as when I filled it showing me that it's maintained and clean inside the lines and jets themselves. A commendable job to keep them clean for the age of the bathroom itself, I'm very, very impressed 👏 only one other hotel I've booked has ever passed that test in 10years. My partner played Groundwater over the weekend and stayed with the band at a different hotel but we decided last minute Monday afternoon that we wanted to stay a night just to ourselves and are so happy we choose The Oaks Gold Coast.

No complimentary parking, which we understand considering its location and available street parking for a typical guest, but with 10K of instruments and gear in the back, it's a scary thought to street park. $20 a night was a reasonable fee for parking under the hotel for peace of mind.

The room was spacious and the amenities were top quality. I had two complimentary water bottles upon arrival. View was fantastic and there was no traffic noise.

The power outlets were low near the ground and charging my phone was more difficult. Laundry service was not available and I had to take an uber to the laundromat. Not too many cafes nearby and limited restaurant options. I could not get free to air tv in my room.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by staff. They were friendly, professional and just made you feel welcome. The room itself was a little outdated but massive. I have never stayed in such a spacious room. The view was beautiful. We had a spa bath in our room which was so soothing and needed after a long drive. The bed was AMAZING, we felt weightless in it. If I could have taken it home, I would have! On-site parking was super accessible and the location of the hotel was perfect, a tram stop not far and a convenience store/petrol station across the road. Will definitely stay here again.

Not much to be honest.

Really great location, very easy walk to the beach, restaurants etc. lovely pool and spa in the hotel and the room we had was lovely and spacious with a nice balcony too.

there is room for better info given whether that been in a booklet or something in the room or at check in, for instance are there laundry facilities, costs of these etc. we also found 20$ a night for parking in the hotel was a bit steep considering we were staying 4 nights and had to pay an additional 80$ jus to park our car so thought there was maybe room for discounting if you are staying multiple nights. in saying that the car park was nice and big and very secure Shame there aren’t any dining options within the hotel.

Close to everything without being so close to the centre that you get all the noise from cars and people echoing up through the buildings...large rooms and bathrooms, staff are always so nice and welcoming, definitely our favourite spot to stay.

Didn't feel or smell as clean as usual, carpet was dirty and there was some sort of spray or cleaning chemicals left around the toilet.

The hotel is about a 15 min walk to surfers paradise beach and the same to broadbeach. But the location was quiet and away from any busy restaurants. The view from the 19th floor was amazing! We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed for more. The toiletries were good quality and the bathroom was huge. Great pressure in the shower too. The room itself was enormous and the balcony was brilliant. We paid $20 for parking overnight and you could definitely find cheaper elsewhere but this was peace of mind as it is in an underground locked parking garage. We also had regular rainbow lorikeet visitors to our balcony which was really nice. There was a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and bars but there is a Shell garage opposite for any immediate purchases with a tiny Coles inside. We got coffee and pastries from there rather than having breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed them looking out from the balcony. The super king sized bed was incredibly comfy. Wish we could go back

Nothing for us but I could see how some people might not like being super close to nightlife/bars/restaurants.
