Variety of restaurants . Concierge service was amazing everyday! Friendly and helpful going above and beyond. Breakfast staff at Agoya restaurant were brilliant!!

Leaflet given on arrival said hotel rooms made up everyday, that wasn’t true. When I asked one day for my room to be made up I was told it’s every second day and in a not so friendly way by reception team. For a 5 star hotel I found that unacceptable. My room TV wasn’t working when I checked in Sunday. I was told it’s a Gold Coast issue and would be fixed by Monday morning. Tuesday still not fixed. The cable behind my television wasn’t connected properly. I had to call three times about the TV .. Again a 5 star hotel, I found this not good enough. App to order room service also not working and staff unaware. All may seem like little things, but it was the way the staff handled it, didn’t seem to care and unapologetic. I was surprised for a hotel such as the Langham.

Loved the rooms, the smell! and the beautiful decor and flower arrangements. Very special.

The breakfast was over crowded and a long wait in a line to be seated. I wonder if scheduled breakfasts would be better where you have to choose a time. Would help with the organisation. For such a lovely hotel, this really lets it down. Makes it feel a little cheap like queing at macdonalds!!

A great hotel with great pool facilities for the entire family. Buffet breakfast was fabulous for the kids with plenty of variety. All the staff members except one were fantastic, particularly Christian at the concierge and Michael, the manager. The room was nicely presented with great facilities. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. The whole hotel smelled lovely and the doormen were superbly attentive and polite. I definitely recommend their high tea and dining at their restaurants.

Angelique at the reception was rude, extremely unhelpful and not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. But the rest of the staff were so nice that she was soon forgotten. We only stayed two nights. On the second day our room was not cleaned until late afternoon and when it was cleaned a dirty teacup was still left on the side table. There were some water spillage in the fridge which was left unclean and half the tea and coffee cups were missing. The staff at the pool kept asking for our room number whenever we asked for dry towels and I found a staff member crouched at the back of their pool desk on his phone.

The pool set up is a bit disappointing— to begin with it sits within a wind tunnel, but the most disappointing part is the staff. Took 30 minutes for someone to find a menu, and the staff don’t seem to uphold the Langham customer service… I thought the pool staff were guests because they were playing around the pool.

Amazing facilities and perfect location.

I think the hotel could do with a children’s area at the pool or a time frame where kids are allowed in and around the pool. It was really disturbing for everyone when kids are obliviously jumping in and splashing everyone around trying to relax. It’s a luxury resort and I booked it for peace and quiet - this was a little disappointing. I understand it’s not an adults only hotel but I do think for a 5 star resort, there should be things in place which allow all people to enjoy and feel at peace, including families with small children. It would have been good if the hotel had a “children only” pool area separate from the main pool. I often had to remove myself and go to the beach due to it being so loud and being splashed.

From the moment you walk into the lobby of the Langham you know you are in for a treat. The interiors are calm and soothing and at this time of year small hints of Holiday in a floral pastel colour scheme. The service is professional and friendly, the rooms are exquisite with stunning bathrooms, comfortable beds and dyptique amenities. The pool is a great place to enjoy the day and having the beach right out the front door made for a beautiful way to start every day.

Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore, Langholm is the ideal choice. I can’t wait to return!

“We had an incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing – every meal was a delight! The amenities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning!

the only downside was the bed and pillows. Unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable, and the pillows were so firm they felt like a rock, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. If this could be improved, it would make the stay absolutely perfect!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with all the staff at The Langham, each of whom demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warmth. However, one team member stood out in a truly remarkable way, Bruce. His outstanding service went far beyond our expectations, and his friendly demeanour left a lasting impression on us. His attention to detail, willingness to assist, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. We would be delighted if this review could be shared with Bruce and if his dedication to the company could be formally recognized. He is a true asset to The Langham and embodies the gold standard of hospitality.

Loved everything from the looks, to the space of our hotel room to the the absolute beautiful atmosphere !! Literally everything. Myself and my partner came to this hotel as we were on our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better hotel in GC. There’s so much to do that was very much needed and super relaxing! My favourite part of all interactions was the fact that on our first day driving in to check in, we were unsure whether we could be parked in front of the huge doors as you could clearly tell that the cars there were all flash and limo looking. As someone who drives just a second hand car from Facebook market place, the man working outside for valet treated us no less than the others who were arriving in their Ferraris.

Maybe just one of the people at service desk. Didn’t feel as welcomed when first arriving. ( I am aware I didn’t look as done up when arriving as I was overwhelmed from being in a new surrounding but a little support would’ve went a long way as I was just stared at) every thing else though perfectly fine no complaints at all - defs coming back, was only minor
