We stayed in this hotel to race at Challenge Roth Triathlon. The friendliness and the nothing is a problem attitude of the staff really made this stay for us. They allowed us to store our bike boxes away from the room. The room was a little small but very clean and comfortable. Great bar, restaurant with a limited menu but they opened breakfast very early before the race and the chef stayed late and cooked us a meal after our race which was extremely kind. The little pool and outdoor seating was an excellent addition.

It was a little far from the race, especially without a car. There were several athletes staying there, it might have been a good idea to put on some kind of transportation to the venue

It was the christmas market time and the hotel had a small but nice space with toys prepared for kids close to the eating (breakfast, dininig..etc) area, it was also close to the lobby bar...so as adults we had relaxed meals as our 6 year old played with other kids after finishing her meal.

It would have been nice if they had some international TV channels or netflix.etc. for families like us who are not fluent in German. Also while the breakfast is really good, the dinner a la carte menu is rather limited and not very international.

A clean hotel with a modern equipment. Tasty breakfast with some local treats like diverse sausages. Good WiFi signal pretty much everywhere. No waiting time at breakfast even on busy hours. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Paid car park. Too many (maybe 80%) of families with little children make your breakfast a disaster if you want a bit of relaxing time in the morning. You get virtually encircled by a loud mess, no matter what time you come. Kids screaming from other rooms, from the outside,everywhere.So if you are on a business trip or a couple looking for some romantic moments, think twice if this is your choice. Getting to a U-Bahn station is quite a walk.

Swimming pool was fun for the kids. Room was a good family room with plenty of space. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice parking space. Restraurant was decent, and had good beer.

Very few dining options in the area and a bit of a distance to the nearest train station. Good place to stay if going to the Playmobil land.

Great people, good size room, very good location. The bar area was also really good, and the food was well made and priced. Would like a bigger menu though.

Room amenities were not great, for the price I'd expect more toiletries, and better in room stuff that instant coffee. Wouls be nice if you had room service.

Breakfast was awesome with multiple option for kids. Hotel Lobby was really great with option for younger kids to play, rent toys. Location was safe and we just did not have to worry about looking after them all the time.

Restaurant had limited food options.

The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities one would want. The breakfast bar offered plenty of options for guests and the staff were very helpful to answer requests and make sure that we had everything we need.

Whilst the room was clean overall, I found a smartie (sweet) under the bed, which was still there the morning I checked out. It's not a big deal but hoovering under the bed wouldn't go amiss. The small shampoo and shower gel bottles didn't get replaced either and with the dispenser in the shower running low, it would have been nice to have a spare one of each.

Good breakfast and good restaurant/bar. Nicely located if you are participating to Challenge Roth. 20min from venue and just 15min from city center. Big parking lot ( I believe it says no parking on the Booking).

Restaurant is not open on lunch time, only snacks available.

I loved the breakfast, the location and the people. They have a really nice spot for children to play which is great for parents to have a calmer breakfast. They were really nice to help me get my capuccino with almond milk which was a plus! And they also have gummybears at the entrance which my son loved! Those small details count for us and made our stay very pleasant! It is very well located to reach Playmobil. The rooms are totally ok, maybe a bit small but clean and cozy and this was enough for us and our 3 year old. Would definitely recommend.

Good location not far away from motorway, so no trafics if you are travaling by car. The hotel is located near the metro station, so you can reach the city center in 10 minutes by using a metro. Breakfast was good. Room was small but clean.

The bed was hard.
