too many loud kids running around without supervision, not a great idea to offer three free drinks at dinner

Clean and very pretty. Nice areas to sit. The buffet/bar and dining area was laid out very well. The 5:30 kick with the 3 free drinks and food was a very pleasant surprise. The drinks were strong and the list of specialty drinks made it fun to try something different. The food was kept stocked even with a full dining room. Chili, salad, nachos, hotdogs, chicken fettuccine Alfredo, mixed vegetables and baked potatoes were all available. The breakfast bar was pretty standard except they do make pancakes to order on the griddle and the biscuits were exceptional. All staff was very friendly.

Nothing to dislike

The atmosphere was awesome. Love the popcorn in the lobby and the reading nook by the elevator. There is even a designated area to watch tv or a movie while snacking. The location was very nice. You didn't have to worry about noise from traffic because it is off the interstate. You had restaurants close in case you needed dinner. The bed was so comfortable that I missed breakfast so I didn't experience that but the lunch buffet was a very nice addition. The staff were amazing. They made you feel at home. The indoor/outdoor pool was a great idea and the hot tub was amazing. I will be visiting again soon!

Everything, Lana desk receptionist was very personable and knowledgeable. Manager Kim was great and helpful with questions. The lady serving cocktails was awesome. The staff including young man at Taco bar was were all great. Visit was Labor Day. The concept that Drury Plaza Hotel has is one of the best experiences we have had in staying at a hotel. Awesome dinner, and breakfast. And the offer of 3 free drinks was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Great value . Jim n Glenn

We were so surprised with the free drinks and wonderful dinner snacks which were actually a complete dinner. it was just awesome. It was nice to sit with all the other customers and talk with them. Everyone was so nice! The 2 girls at the front desk were exceptional! Everyone should be that friendly and helpful. Everyone that works there greets you with a smile. This is my new place to stay! Loved the pool area too!

there is nothing I did not like

This will sound redundant, but the staff is amazing. Can’t remember how many reviews I read that mentioned the excellent staff, but there are plenty and they are 100% correct. Check in was super fast - when we arrived there were three parties ahead of us & we were prepared for a wait as there was only one person working reception. She checked in everyone in front of us & then us in less than 10 minutes, all with a smile & helpful advice re: dinner, breakfast, wifi, all the important stuff. The bartender acted like she was absolutely delighted to be making drinks for the crowd. Again, there might be a line but it moved super fast & everyone was just so friendly! We will absolutely look for Drury Inn’s for future travels. They are remodeling a bit, but didn’t bother us at all in our room. Our grandson (5) said “I don’t know why they’re redoing it, it’s already beautiful.” It is nicely done, and kudos to them for keeping it up.

Nothing to complain about.

I absolutely love that meals are included in the price! Breakfast consists of eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits, cereal, yogurt, grits, etc. Dinner varies each night. The beds are comfortable, and there was little to no noise on our floor in the evening.

I know people LOVE their pets, but it would fantastic if all of the pet owners and their fur babies could be on ONE floor together instead of scattered. Some guests are allergic (yes they can find another hotel, but sometimes it may not be that simple depending on the circumstances), or others could be sensitive to noise.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Hotel common areas were clean, and I felt safe. The staff I encountered throughout my stay were warm, friendly, and professional. Hotel offered wifi, breakfast,evening meal, and snacks , to which I took advantage. The location was right off the interstate and conveniently located to a plethora of shopping. My room was clean and spacious and appeared newly renovated. The bed was comfortable and provided great night's rest. I would highly recommend this hotel as the value is unmatched!!

Have stayed here for girl's weekends several times now. Always very clean and the staff has always been so friendly and helpful. Very centrally located for us and we love the little evening meal and glass of wine and the fact that breakfast was included. Always very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of parking...and a Starbucks right next door! Great place.

Nothing about the hotel but there were groups of families I guess with teenagers next to us and on our floor and the older kids seemed to congregate in the hall. Also played music very loud in their room. So this particular time a bit noisy around 9-10 pm...but always a great place to stay...

The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were all so friendly, accommodating and professional. When we checked in, it was dinnertime and we looked across the street and saw the Olive garden looked pretty busy, but it was the closest to the hotel. We were informed there was a small, complimentary dinner buffet here at the hotel and each of us could receive three, free adult beverages if we wanted to, as well. What an absolute surprise! Our room was clean and comfortable and would certainly recommend and stay again.

Honestly, our stay was wonderful. If I had to say anything that was negative it would be how heavy and loud the doors are when closing. When there are multiple people in a room and they're going in and out often, it can hinder sleep. We survived, want that bad and would stay again!
