This is on amazing hotel. It was clean everywhere the breakfast was a plus it was warm breakfast the best. The CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT online or text is the best& it was so easy. The pool was clean & my kids was happy. All employees was so respectful & willing to help. I love that this hotel still as a refrigerator and microwave in the room.The rooms was super clean & the hotel smell like a bath & body store. There was no stain anywhere everything looked new updated. I love the arcade room & the gym & laundry room all clean. This hotel felt Iike home away from home.

The pool I wish they cover the pool at night just because of what ever can get into the water. Or when it rain. I wish the hallway have more lights.

The reservation process was seamless, staff was friendly and professional, accommodations were exceptional, facility clean, beautiful, and close to I84.

I've stayed here many times in the past 10 years so seeing the property and accommodations upgraded has been PERFECT!! However, their breakfast buffet has NOT kept up with the standards. The scrambled eggs are powdered and taste horrible...they remind me of my childhood when we lived on government surplus food. The sausage was good, however, not having bacon, home fries, and fresh fruit was just disappointing. I didn't have time to toast a bagel but they seem to have a good selection. The muffins looked sad so I avoided them.

Sparkling clean and daily housekeeping service, great! Most furnishing are new, great! Television uses an easy-to-navigate system. Great! Thermostat is simple to use. Microwave and Fridge in the room, great! Microwave and Fridge in the bedroom, not the sitting room, not so great. Coffee available in the lobby almost always, great! Coffee counter needs a good scrubbing. Not so great. All in all, a comfortable and clean, reasonably priced hotel. Plenty of parking, parking lot is well lit. Large lobby with snacks and sundries for sale. Easy access to major thoroughfare and interstate highway. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is nothing to write home about.

I love the friendliness of the staff and how welcome they make you feel from the moment you check in, until the time you check out! It's wonderful to have the lobby decorated for Christmas so you don't feel so alone if you're away from loved ones.

There's not enough shampoo and conditioner samples . I have very long and thick hair and it takes at least 3 samples of each when I shower. The sample bottles themselves can be challenging for older folks or ones with disabilities.

This lady at the reception was amazing, I had booked the wrong date on my accommodation and I called booking.com and they were no help. They kept telling me they could not reach the hotel and I was able to call the hotel directly without issue. They also claimed they emailed the hotel and the hotel said there was no such email. The lady ended up changing the date to the date I wanted, she sent me my receipt and assured me that I wouldn't have any issues. It is an amazing experience.

Very easy off and back into the Interstate and hotel right at the end of the off ramp. Very little road noise. The room was very big, (King RM), clean and quiet. Great pillows. Check in was quick and easy. They had a hot breakfast but we were on the road before it was placed out. Hotel was quiet. Nice arcade room off the lobby.

The hotel is a bit dated. Ex: no fan in washrooms. It is no frills but overall met our expectations and served us well after a long commute. Too bad the family restaurant attached was closed. It was pouring rain and we would have eaten there. Had to go out to pick up food as there was very little on site. Lots of places close by.

The staff was very pleasant and very accommodating. Great service. I love an included breakfast. The kids loved the waffle machine. The pool was clean and nice with towels provided. Free wifi.

This was an excellent value for the price. So, with the price as it was, I'm not looking for mints on pillows, etc. However, on breakfast, the sausages, I think, were straight brown n' serve, so pretty high sodium. The folded eggs were good, but a little plain. And it would be awesome if there were some sauteed vegetables. I once stayed at a place that just sauteed and seasoned a couple bags of cole slaw salad mix; it was awesome. But these are really minor points. This place was tip top for the price, and the kids were sad to leave.

Kayla at the front desk could not have been any nicer. Our room was not ready as promised however, she changed our room to an executive suite. I guess it’s considered an upgrade however, it was a smaller room. The breakfast was also more than adequate. The woman, Diane , that works. The breakfast was also wonderful. She was very kind, welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast ended early on Monday, 9 o’clock. An elderly woman came at about 9:30 and Diane went out of her way to make sure this woman had something to eat. Just a very pleasant person to be around. it was nice having a small refrigerator in the room, however, it didn’t get very cold. 

The property itself appears very rundown. We picked this hotel because it had a pool outside. The pool was filled with leaves and debris. The location was also odd. There is no easy way to get there unless you are very familiar with the roads. you have to go, 4 miles past the hotel to turn around and come 4 miles back.  There were holes in the curtains and also there was still hair in the shower when we arrived.

Booked a room for my husband and myself, and a second room for my daughter. Beds were very comfortable, the rooms were exceptionally clean, as was the lobby and the breakfast area. Immaculate. We arrived at about 11:00 pm, and when I first went up to my room, I noticed an odd smell from the ice maker in the hall. I called the front desk, but it was late and the maintenance people were gone for the night, so the receptionist came upstairs and fixed the problem herself! The breakfast was better stocked and fresher than any free self-serve breakfast at other hotels. Hot food included scrambled eggs and sausages, as well as make your own pancakes.

Cordial staff and cleanliness

The breakfast choices are good, but the eggs are cold even after she replaced them when the dish required filling. The juice was spoiled. It’s that filled in the juice that changed after and let her know in the back room. Also, they only give you one decaf and one regular coffee when there is a two person occupancy, making it necessary to request it at the desk
