Scrupulously clean bright and airy room and bathroom, well furnished throughout. A very generous supply of quality breakfast ingredients including juice, preserves, a variety of bread, croissants, yoghurt, all varieties of fresh fruit and choices of tea, fresh coffee etc. All beautifully presented, with a well equipped kitchenette and good seating to eat breakfast. Could also relax on room settee with a coffee after an evening out to a local pub. Comfy large bed Clean, spacious and tastefully furnished suite, safe parking in a beautiful setting. What more could you ask for.

The owner was very kind and responded to our request right away. He arranged rooms close to the rest of my family's room, which was considerate. The location of the hotel is great. It is a bit away from the busy town, which was good for me, making the hotel quiet. The beds were all comfortable. I had got tired of eating English breakfast at the time due to the long journey. So I was glad to have fresh fruit the hotel offered. Self catering breakfast really worked for our family because we didn't need to rush to the restaurant in the morning. In general, this hotel is for people who want to be in a quiet place to rest and privacy.

Nothing for service, attitutes of staff, and the facilities. I just wish I had more time to spend there! However I think the pre-information on social distance they sent to me seemed to be needed update.

I was exhausted when I got there. The owner was very accommodating. Lovely grounds and the suite was just perfect. Everything we needed for a relaxing evening. Highly recommend 👌

Relatively remote but close enough to be able to walk various locations. Quiet and heard no seagulls until I left the property.

I loved the quiet location and the available parking, just wish I had the room with the better view. Our room was tidied amazingly every day and the breakfast variety was really wonderful; they took into account what we preferred and provided us more of that in breakfast.

The websites that I booked from didn’t fully mention what was available in the room like the microwave, fridge, toaster, etc. It would have been helpful if it was mentioned.

Ideal location for my needs. Beautiful surroundings & easy parking. Lovely spacious room and a really good selection of high quality items for breakfast.

Very clean. We'll furnished, comfortable and quiet able to come and go as we pleased. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of fruit, cereal etc. Plenty of fresh milk and juice.

Happy with everything

We were given a superb large and light room with kitchenette and lovely facilities in a charming home. Our kind host provided much information and the continental breakfast supplied in our room was very generous. Onsite parking made the short drive to Newlyn/Penzance easy.

Beautifully decorated comfortable room. More than adequate breakfast provided in the room. Quiet and tranquil. Staff (owner) was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Facilities were limited. ie no restaurant. However, this was made clear before we stayed so was not expected.
