The room was great, very spacious, extremely clean and well equipped, bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was included and was really nice, the staff in particular were wonderful and really helpful When we booked the venue, we had no idea that there was a gym, spa, swimming pool available at the facilities and that we'd be welcome to use these. I've looked back at our original booking and I can't find any information about this. It was a shame as we arrived on quite a warm day but didn't have a swimming costume to take advantage of this wonderful offer.

It would have been great if the room could have a full length mirror and that plug points could be near a mirror for getting ready in the morning.

We were in room 2 .. and stayed 2 night for a wedding up the road at Verzon House. Absolutely lovely room! A super comfy big bed (in-fact I meant to look/ask what mattress was used as it was amazingly comfortable) Lovely bath and powerful shower. All very tastefully decorated.. and all felt very new. Staff were lovely and thank you for the loan of the umbrella! Breakfast was lovely and tasty and staff were very friendly and attentive. We hope to come back one day and get to use the pool/facilities! Thank you

My only recommendation would be to have a sheer curtain or blind as well as blackout curtain to let light in but still have privacy as we were on ground level with people walking by occasionally. The lighting wasn’t good anywhere for getting ready/putting makeup on without opening curtain.

The young lady on reception was really friendly and accommodating and so very welcoming on our arrival. Our room was beautiful and spacious. We thought the swimming pool Jacuzzi and sauna were amazing so clean and modern We really enjoyed our breakfast .The staff were so accommodating and friendly couldn’t do enough for us and the food was a very high standard.. we went to Welling steam rally and we have recommended it to all our friends so there will be about 10 of us coming back next year and also we are going to book up this year with our family because we loved it so much .

Absolutely nothing !

Large well furnished room in peaceful surrounding. Own small outside seating space in front of room which was a nice sun trap. Spa facilities were lovely and breakfast in the golf course club house good. We had a drink in the bar before it closed. Drinks were good value.

Quite remote. We took a taxi to Ledbury for dinner which was £20 each way. A shame the bar closes by 5pm as after this point the only facilities open are the spa and gym. We were aware if this though. A small fridge in the room would have been handy. Room only had bath with shower over which was quite high to climb into and no hand rail. Pool not ideal for anyone with mobility issues due to metal step access.

Great large room and bathroom. We had three rooms in our family party and all were excellent. Staff were lovely. We had the option of using the pool or gym after checking out which was a bonus. Golf course staff also very helpful. Great breakfast served by a very polite and attentive young man. Good selection. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very little. If anything the signs could do with updating. They were a little dirty and tired. The odd paving stone by the accomodation could do with re-bedding. However, this is being ultra-critical just to answer the question.

We loved our stay in Hop Pickers 2, although described as a small double, the bed was Queen size (I think) and everything was spotlessly clean and stylish. The whole complex is just gorgeous, the pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the setting - all just perfect. The team working there are so welcoming and friendly, Mandy was so lovely as was the other lady on reception - and we had a scrummy pint of local cider in the sunshine! We will definitely return, oh our vegetarian breakfast was delicious! Thanks so much, very happy guests Melanie and Jonathan x

Absolutely nothing - it was all just as we’d hoped and we are quite fussy!

Stunning location, staff were very welcoming & great service. Spacious clean bedroom and spa facilities are just a minute walk away - we used pool, jacuzzi & sauna on the Saturday. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use spa facilities on the Sunday as maintenance was taking place which was a bit disappointing.

Bathroom taps are rather noisy but water pressure was good. Spa flooring was rather slippy, plenty of warning signage but could benefit from either additional handrails or matting perhaps in main walking areas.

Gorgeous peaceful setting. The pool and jacuzzi area are great. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast.

The rooms really need privacy blinds or nets as they are wide open to anyone walking past and closing curtains for privacy makes the rooms very hot and dark. As many reviews have previously said, the place is crying out for an on site restaurant or even just a bar area to sit at night. As the golf club has a bar I'm not sure why this can't be opened later in the evenings in the summer period.

Family room was huuuge and separate little bedroom for child is a massive bonus. Very clean, warm, comfortable huge bed, nice bathroom. Staff are lovely everywhere from reception to breakfast. Lovely getaway for one night and spa is a very nice bonus included in the price, with decent hot sauna. When we stayed, it was only few people in the swimming pool, felt very private.

Only one suggestion would be to check chemical levels in the swimming pool. I am sure it is fine but the smell was quite strong and my boy's skin reacted the next morning and we know it wasn't food as he doesn't go to swimming pool every day. Maybe he has sensitive skin but he doesn't get that reaction after going to other swimming pools.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and tidy, and well serviced. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were all excellent, as were the showering and changing facilities. Breakfast arrangements in the clubhouse worked well. There was plentiful convenient parking even when there were a lot of golfers on site. It is very convenient location for touring the local area.

Some more information about local events and places of interest would be helpful. We would also suggest that hooks are fitted onto the front door for winter and wet weather clothing, a doormat is fitted inside the front door to avoid spoiling the nice carpet, and a toilet roll holder is fitted for ease of reach and use. Please note that none of these detracted from a very enjoyable stay.
