The hotel is located in a quiet area and the room was very clean. Although there was no one at reception (an online check-in is required), you can send a message to the property via whatsapp or booking and you'll get a relatively quick response.

The only negative point was the noise of the air conditioner. It was too hot during our visit to Florence and we couldn't sleep without air conditioning, so it was a bit annoying at night.

Location was very convenient to city center. Very walkable. Coffee shop, refreshment bar right down the block. Easy directions to locate.. Bus lines nearby. The room was extremely clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Linens were white and fresh. Travel toiletries were supplied.

Everything was very acceptable

We asked to be checked in 30 minutes earlier and the staff organized that. That was really helpful at that time.

The kitchenette was not working. While booking, the kitchenette was an important point for us, so for that we were disappointed.

The place was nice and clean They have a paid coffee machine in the common area

It was not very close to the center or train station Except for the cleaning guy the staff is not very nice

Clean and bright room

A long walk from the centre of Florence

Location was 20min walk from city Centre so if you don't mind to walk like we did then the location is good... Room was also clean and comfortable

When we arrived we didn't know the door was opened via means of mechanics so we pushed since the door was a little open. After a min we were shouted at by an African refugee from the other side to not push the door and were rudely told that we should ring the bell etc etc. Being tired from our travels and the walk from the station looking for the place, we didn't really feel the need to be treated the way we were. Not only was the guy at check-in rude, he was way below the standard expected for someone to welcome guests as he was poorly dressed, bandaged up and by the smell it was like he hadn't showered for days. That alone made me regret going to Florence but luckily we had an amazing 3 days in Florence and didn't let that check-in experience prevent us from enjoying our stay there.

The bed was comfortable, the couch nice and comfortable as well,bathroom not too bad.

The room had AC but couldn’t handle the heat, could use a new one in the room. No glasses in the room if you want to have a drink or something, the drainage in the shower was blocked, i could swim with my feet in that water. The location was about 25 minutes walk away from the city centre, in that heat we felt it like it was an hour 😀 but you have a bus stop really close to you.

Good facilities

The staff yelled at me because I contacted the hotel’s whatsapp number. Said he was waiting for me and went to the shop for a few minutes. He said he saw me looking for the door but i was standing infront of door 13 not door 13a. I asked him why he didnt come up to me cause it was my first time. He said it was my fault because i was looking at the wrong door. If he saw me shouldnt he at least come up and ask me? He just kept yelling later after he came from the shop. I was so confused and sad. This was the start of my Milan trip and i was so disappointed.

Location was good and the bed was good.

When i enter the property the receptionist was not very welcoming. Second, even thought it was clean the apartment smelled like mold. And finally i kept putting out the sign not to get the room cleaned but i guess the cleaning stuff didn't understand the sign so they kept entering the apparent to clean it. I asked the company over WhatsApp to ask the cleaning stuff to respect my privacy, they told me to talk to the front desk, and front desk was no where to be found. Not the best place for the price i paid.

The towels and toiletries were excellent. The room nice.

The kiitchen cupboard facility was locked/unavailable. I understand the room wasn't advertised with kitchen facilities but this meant there was not even a water glass available. The manager was unforgiveably rude, and was angry when i followed the instructions of the email by checking the lockbox. He seemed to have a different method than the emailed instructions.
