The location for our needs was wonderful, but I would recommend a little more signage since the entrance is tucked away down a street. The breakfast was also lovely and wonderfully maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet

The room key-in-slot system of powering up the lights in the room was a nuisance. We loved the idea, but the power would go off even when we were both in the room. That's frustrating. The bathroom also showed some wear compared to the immaculate rest of the room.

The fresh cooked breakfast items (scrambled eggs, mini-quiche, bacon, sausage patties were very good. Fresh fruit was fresh (strawberries, pineapple) plus the all the standard hotel breakfast buffet items - oatmeal, variety of breads, dry cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea. Very comfortable bed. LARGE bathroom with liquid bath soap, shampoo and conditioner in containers in the shower (my preference to avoid excess plastics that come with miniscule individual containers. Mini-refrigerator that was already at a cool temperature. Quiet location I would stay here again if my travels take me to this area. By the way, not only was this a dog friendly hotel, but across the street is a Tractor Supply that has $10 self-serve dog wash.

Dog friendly (yay!) and I saw dog owners picking up poop. Unfortunately hotel staff did not empty the garbage container in the dog area so poop bags were overflowing onto the ground. Only the 2nd floor ice maker was functioning.

very clean, and new! Sizable rooms, pet friendly, nice staff, relatively quiet, decent breakfast ,not all cold pastries and yogurt. Actual eggs, sausage, bacon, quiche, veggie sausage, a pot of oatmeal, waffles etc.

No umbrellas or shade at the pool!!! This is the desert and it’s September! Might as well not even have a pool. Not a single user the entire time I was there. It’s no wonder. There’s a bar right off the pool too and I assure you if you had pool users they would be spending money on your refreshments. No excuse for this. Even if you have to walk across the parking lot to Tractor Supply and buy an extra one.

I expected this place to be nice but it was very nice and new. The rooms were awesome and our student group thought the rooms were luxurious. There were a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance or a short drive. Lots of shopping nearby too. Even though the highway was very close, I never heard it. 5 stars.

we tried to reach the front desk 4 times by phone between 10:00 & 10:30 to request a late check out. finally after the 5th call someone answered and told us it was too late to request a late check out. what the heck does that mean?? it was a Sunday morning and the hotel was far from crowded. we travel a lot and this is the only time we have been told no to s late check out. after all with check in at 4pm and check out at 11:00am it doesn’t take a mathematician to see that we are getting less and less time in a room anymore ☹️☹️☹️

Bed was comfortable and they allowed for a late checkout of 12:30 which I needed.

Too far out. I should have researched more. Hair dryer did not work. I asked for another one and they said they would bring me another one. They never did. Breakfast was okay—-people were touching food and putting it back. I don’t blame the hotel, but that turned me off breakfast the following day.

The staff is very professional and provided excellent service. I’ve met problem of my room facility, the staff of reception (Dec.30) had tried his best to provide solutions. His response was fast. His service is professional and I ranked this hotel high just because of his work.

The reason why I booked this hotel was because it was pretty close to Acrisure Arena were I would be attending a concert. Continental breakfast was pretty decent.

We got room 144 the bed was horrible! Mattress felt like it had a whole in the middle. We would sink in it. Coffee maker was very dirty.

Nice travel accommodation just outside Indio. The room was more modern and stylish than in similar hotels, but also significantly smaller (European hotel size). Bed was excellent.

The hotel is too close to interstate I10. Although the insulation is good, the noise of heavy trucks is continuous. It must be noted that housekeeping and towel replacement is only done every two days.

The location is out of the way a bit, but it has good access to Winco for groceries and a whole lot of fast food options. Right off the 10 freeway, but not very noisy, all things considered. The breakfast include fresh strawberries, handpicked red grapes, and a load of stuff for oatmeal, including dried apricots and slivered almonds. Also, the coffee was excellent and there was a selection of milk and cream including oat milk. Regular and Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, crustless spinach and cheese quiche and some damned good sausage. I pigged out, I do admit!! Also the dog loved the sausage.

The old school AC sounded like a 747 when it turned on, which would happen when the temp warmed up (it was in the hundreds). But once it kicked in it was nice and cold. It was actually kinda funny.
