Central without being right in the centre (which makes it a bit quieter in the evening) .Easy to find and easy walking distance to everything. We were able to sit with friends outside their room and have a chat and drink one night (nice and relaxing). Good food options nearby at walking distance. This was so handy the night we had cabs booked that didn’t turn up.

Heavy doors. Needed two hand and a shove from my bottom to open the door. Meant everything had to be put down to open the door. Not a deal breaker issue.

The bed and balcony I appreciated the security of the place and how comfortable I did feel and considered the impact this town has been through from the floods last year. I would stay here again as it is walking distance for most things.

Some of the dispensers in bathroom were empty and for the $ there was no milk. And the 4.30am wake call on some days when the large rolling bin was collected and made a hell of a racket through the complex that sounded like a big truck coming through but louder! I believe I had received a really bad infection in my throat so all I could think it was that has caused this was the town water I brushed my teeth with in the bathroom and not realising anything till I end up on day 3 a very sore throat and no signage of warning anything of the water? Not sure if this is the case but I don't have any other symptoms of a virus or flu.

Close to sporting facility we were attending. Close to town. Easy to find. Close to food

Needed door stop as hall light came underneath or maybe dimmed lights in hallways past certain time. Out room was closer to the pub so could hear the music while trying to sleep (not properties fault but just something to note for light sleepers)

Location to transit centre , shopping facilities and food outlets

Wouldn’t say didn’t like , but bed covering was stained as was the mattress cover , think the reception could be manned a bit longer after hrs , tried calling number on the door , for some reason call would not go through

Bed so comfortable and perfect spot. And staff is so nice to service. All my friends are happy with those.

Shower great and love it but too small as need space make more comfortable. Need upgrade of shower space. Only shower water perfect this all.

It was clean, close to everything

The chairs around the table were not strong enough to sit on they were split. There was no where to hang your towels in the bathroom and the soap’s dispenser was so high you can’t reach it.

Needed to stay an extra night due to mechanical breakdown. Hotel was very accommodating in allowing me the use of the room after checkout until I could confirm if I needed the extra night. Very friendly staff.

Had to hunt up.a hairdryer for the room, but no trouble in getting one. Water pressure could be better in shower.

Nice room with a balcony. Large comfortable bed and heating for chilly nights. Easy check in and friendly, helpful staff. Central location in Lismore. Easy walk to Woolworths and restaurants. Cafe next door.

Be aware there is a pub next door so music can be loud on weekends.

Room very clean and very convenient location. Young person at counter next morning very helpful and the cleaner found a electronic connection cord and returned to me before I had left.

No one to book in, had to make phone call and enter number for key. Might be I am a bit old fashioned and like to talk to a person.

The location was great. Rooms were good size

Bathrooms a tad small, could barely fit on the toilet without being against the wall and shower door.
