the neighbourhood is extremely beautiful. The rooms are very clean. Self-entry is simple. The house was just as it should be. Moreover, It is nice to have a microwave oven in the room. If you arrive at midnight, it may be difficult for you to walk.

We said we would not walk because our suitcases were very heavy, but unfortunately we had to pay a lot of money for the taxi we hired. When we left in the morning, we called a normal taxi but it did not come, so we had to call a luxury taxi. We had to pay as much money for the taxi as we paid for the house.

The owner is not friendly, we kindly asked if we can do the check out 1 hour later because we had a 3 month old baby and our flight was late and we didn’t want him to get very tired because of the agitation in the airport waiting so much time. The owner did not bother to give us any reply to our request, not even a simple yes or no. The message was read by him on WhatsApp but we were just ignored, being polite and at least giving a reply does not cost anything, regardless if you can help us or not.

It was clean and close to the airport which was perfect for our early flight

When we got there, the heater in the room was off so it was very cold, considering that outside the temperature was low. It took some time for the heater to make the room a bit warmer and over night it turned off by itself. In the morning (4-5 hours after it was turned on by us) the heater was completely cold so the temperature in the room was also low.

We literally just slept in the room as our flight was very much delayed , so can't really comment at great length. We did have a lovely experience in the Cafe beside the accomodation ,where the 2 ladies rang a taxi for us.

There wasn't anything not to like ,apart from the fact that everything was shut when we arrived after 10pm !

There was self check-in made very easy. Room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. Relatively close to the airport (approx 2.5 km) with sidewalk and a tunnel under the busy road. Grassobbio, where the hotel is situated, is a nice little town.

Although there were facilities for boiling water and glasses, there was no complimentary coffee or tea. Could be good to have some, especially because no coffee shops are open or machines available around early in the morning. Good to have some cutlery and plates as well.

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom.The space was absolutely what was promised. The bed was super comfy. I don't know the name of the men that helped us out next morning.He was super friendly and we really appreciate the fact that he drove us to the airport. Thank you. We had a great stay!

The airport is quite near and sometimes you can hear the planes liftoff. I find myself hard to sleep if there is any noise but I just slept very easily and the noise didn't bothered me at all.

Check-in procedure. There was no one present at the location.

Dont miss out the pizza at the pizza bar on the ground level! There is a big balcony which is perfect for warm summer nights. The check in and check out procedures are really easy.

A fridge/minibar in the room would be really beneficial to have. Its a bit of a shame there is no lift in the building, since you need to carry your luggage up the stairs, but luckily it is only one floor.

Clean, comfortable and in a pleasant area

Difficult to get to from the airport as most taxi drivers only wanted the fares to Milan. Would be good if details of the local bus service were provided for guests. I did enquire about the airport transfer service but didn't get a reply.

I only stayed one night but was blown away and sad I couldn't stay longer for the room. Lovely balcony and views, nice area, good facilities, pretty much lovely place all round.

Two very small things. There was no coffee for the morning - sad times. The front door lock is a bit tricky and I felt like an idiot for a good few minutes trying to get in.
