The hotel is a big one, with a big parking in front. Our room was clean, very warm and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, ready to answer our questions and help us.

It's not that I don't like it, it's just something that left a bitter taste. The hotel accepts animals and even welcomes you with a card especially made for your pet which says "You are very important pet". However, along with it goes an A4 list of rules your pet needs to follow. Some of them are understandable like no free-roaming animals in the hotel. Others however are quite weird, like "Leave your pet inside a cage when you go out of the room". To me, this isn't in keeping with the spirit of the "Pets are welcome" card. Especially considering the 25 EUR fee.

Near the airport. Very comfortable room and beds. Welcoming staffs at the reception. Rooms are up to date. They have bfast buffet but we didn't book this cause we have an early flight the next day. Will definitely book again if I go to Bergamo

Just for an additional info: Taking a bus to the airport is of course possible! early morning would require 15 mins walk to the nearest bus stop while late night starting 9pm is only 5 mins walk from the hotel. With a big luggages would probably better to take a taxi from here since airport is just few kms away :)

I spent there only one night after getting late to the airport on my way to Mediolan. The hotel was old but there was all I needed: quiet due to think walls, spacious (old type of the hotels), comfortable huge bed and it was very clean. Stuff was available 24/7 and very helpful - I needed to borrow a charger without any problem. They guided me to find the right bus the next day. The photos and description were real this is why I give it a 10 (not because it is the best hotel in the world). It met my expectations.

Some of the friendliest hotel staff I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. The gentleman who welcomed us was great and super considerate especially given we got to the hotel at 3am and we were super exhausted. Check out was the same - a very warm and kind young lady who offered to assist in any way after we had checked out. Super good service. It’s also close to the airport so fully served its purpose for us but that said it’s also fairly close to thE Bergamo CBD so very convenient if you were visiting that city I would imagine

I recently stayed in this room and had an excellent experience. The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean, with plenty of natural light streaming in from the windows. There is a good Selection of pillows. There was great parking space available. the position of the hotel make it very convenient for traveling around the Bergamo area. Very close to airport. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the airport, which made my travels incredibly convenient. The staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The combination of a great location and outstanding service made my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience near the airport.

Arrived very late at night after a delayed flight so was happy to find a comfy bed with decent pillows. We both slept really well. Good shower and basic toiletries provided. Our room was on the 7th floor with a lively view of the hills surrounding Bergamo.

The breakfast was ok but no more than that. There was the usual cold cuts, yogurts, cereals, cakes and pastries and a small selection of cooked food. The main problem was that only one staff member seemed to be dealing with everything so frequently items would need to be replenished and this didn’t seem to happen. I wanted to have yogurt and fruit but gave up waiting for the fruit to come. I opted instead for some hot food but didn’t finish it as the quality wasn’t that great.

Breakfast was good. Within walking distance to train station, although situated on the periphery of the centre. Room was quite and close to elevator. Staff was always present and helpful. Rooms should be equipped with tea/coffee facilities , if possible. Cleanliness throughout. Although we had some inclement weather, it was an enjoyable experience.

Workers welcomed me so well, like they were my own friends. Especially administrator when i arrived. Room was clean and comfortable. It was my first time to travel alone and the administrators work was wonderful. I enjoyed to talk with them and their open mind helped so much to relax and take it easy. Also asking some help was not the problem there. Guests were always welcomed, opened arms.

In my room, lighting did noise and it didnt work correctly. It’s not that bad, because I understand housekeepers hard work. I have worked as an housekeeper aswell, but if company/hotel is asking high price for the room, then lighting in rooms need to be working correctly.

In all aspects except one, the hotel was faultless. The staff at all levels made our time AT THE HOTEL - THE EPITOME OF COMFORT AND SERVICE.

The hotel is too far out of the of the centre of the beautiful town of Bergamo for those who want premier time there - especially the enchanting Citte Alta. This is the reason I would not stay at the hotel again.
