Excellent welcome from the staff. A very comfortable bed in a clean and airy room. Although we were quite late arriving the Restaurant served a buffet style evening meal until 10.30 p.m. which was tasty and excellent value. The cafeteria stays open until midnight. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Again buffet style, which seemed to suit the Hotel. There was plenty of parking in the immediate vicinity of the Hotel, and it is easy to find on the Industrial Estate. If you have a problem with its Industrial Estate location, you obviously have not read the ample information prior to booking! Highly recommended for your early flight from Alicante, or your late arrival to the Airport when you do not fancy driving home.

professional yet laid back atmosphere and service. staff were attentive, courteous and super flexible. as a vegetarian, there was not much in the set dinner menu options for me. the waiters (Antonio specifically) and chefs made sure I ate and ate well. One evening I even changed what I has asked for as I didn’t like it, and then didn’t actually like the veg option I had chosen either, and when Antonio noticed I hadn’t eaten the second dish, he offered to bring me something I would eat. That was a generous offer and I truly appreciated it. 🙏 Reception staff were efficient and attentive and extremely professional. I was given a late check out even though they were fully booked for the day I was leaving. There is a mini gym and sauna area that very accessible. The internal layout of the rooms and hotel, with all rooms looking into the lobby is quite cool and creates an intimacy with a big area. Location is not central to Elche, as it is on the edge of an industrial park, but it is quiet and there is shopping to be done at the factory outlets so it was actually perfect for me! Really enjoyed my stay and I Iook forward to being back!

Tea coffee making facilities in the room needed 1st time i have stayed in hotel without this facility very inconvenient in the middle of the night Ordered food at the bar cow cheese with olives and bread sticks when it came it had pickled onions instead of olives asked the staff if we could have the olives as stated on the menu was told didn’t have any olives so would have to have the onions we we didn’t want so left them with the bar staff but was still charged full price ??4star hotel in Spain and no olives in stock 😡😡

The hotel has a very nice feel. It is very close to the airport and the car rental companies. We stayed one night as we had a late arrival flight and couldn’t get our rental car that evening. The included buffet breakfast is excellent and the coffee is very drinkable. The only minor gripe is that the pillows are very very big and as I sleep on slim pillows that was a bit of an issue for me. Other than that the room was spacious and the shower was great. I would stay again.

There was a very strong smell of possibly cleaning product in the room which was very overpowering but it had disappeared by the morning.

Nice hotel very close to airport! The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. Food in their restaurant is very good and the breakfast is diversified. There is almost 10 km to elche and you can reach there by taxi or bus which never comes.

The pool is nice but the access is awkward because you have to exit the hotel and go around the corner. This is not so nice when you are wet and want something from the bar In rest everything was ok

the sauna is great the pool beautiful although it was too cold in January lol thé restaurent does a menu at 15 euros that was excellent ,starter ,main course,dessert and drink ,great value, the staff were so nice,helpful and generally perfect , we really enjoyed our stay ,defiantly recommend , the rooms could do with refurbish,but with the loss of earning due to COVID it is understandable , great value ,Free parking was excellent and highly recommend if your going to alicante airport thank you for a great stay

it needs a little reburbish in the room,the floor was all scratched and had black marks everywhere, and a tear in the bed corner, but for the price it was excellent

A modern hotel with lovely design features. The hotel was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was sleek and a great spot to rest post flight. The reception staff were extremely friendly, professional and very helpful. The bar staff were also super as were the waiters in the breakfast area. Altogether it is an ideal 1-2 day stop over hotel - as it is only 7km from the airport. We enjoyed our 2 nights very much.

The food was quite nice but just for a few days. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, however my impression was that they cut corners on quality - especially on the desserts and at dinner. The food would get dry and unappealing so you wouldn't want to eat there for too long. The cod at dinner was lovely though as well as the salad items and the pizza from the bar was nice too. It is just a bit hit and miss. Definitely worth a visit, however it is on a modern industrial estate so it is a bit cut off.

The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations (although a car is a necessity) from the start the check in was easy and the receptionist very helpful and informative, the pool area looked excellent and had plenty of sun beds, the bar and restaurant were excellent and very reasonably priced and excellent food quality,also the inclusive breakfast was of great quality and variety. If in the area again will definitely stay again and for longer.

The hotel is great for a business stay or a stop over on a longer trip. Professional, clean, good rooms, friendly staff. It simply works well and has everything you would expect from a hotel, for a reasonable price. After a long drive, this is where you want to relax. The location of course does not count, it is a poligono industrial. But this is not a place for longer stays or holidays.

Very tasty breakfast, rooms were well equipped and location is very convenient for Alicante airport. Hotel has a nice pool area and a big bar.

Room furniture has seen better days and overall the hotel could use some minor maintenance. The parking garage is quite small. The location is in the industrial area so it is suitable for business and for early/late flights, I would not recommend staying here for anything else.
