Staff at reception very welcoming and lovely as usual.

I was bitten repeatedly by some sort of insect!! Whilst in bed….never happened before and we have stayed here on numerous occasions

Close to airport, taxi booked for early morning by hotel. Large room and bathroom. Very clean. Good shower. Comfortable beds. Excellent tapas variety. I wish we could have stayed longer to try some more!

Booked a room with a balcony, but didn't have one, or a view, but I think this might be a Booking.com error! For one night, it wasn't an issue. Aircon wouldn't get quite cool enough, again, for one night, not a real problem. Alex on reception, was helpful and very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Genuinely blown away that this place is only 1 star. I've stayed in plenty of 3 star hotels which don't compare. I was only looking for somewhere to get my head down for the night close to Alicante airport (5 mins and 6 euros in a taxi) that was clean and comfy. The hotel was very clean throughout, and full of beautiful Spanish character. Very typical in feel which I loved. I assumed at the price my room wouldn't include wifi or airconditioning but I was wrong. The wifi was very strong and the spacious room had a balcony and huge bathroom. I didn't eat at the restaurant downstairs but it was of the same character of the hotel and looked very nice. The Hotel is only a short walk from Torrellano train station where you can catch regular trains to Alicante or Murcia and Elche. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if the situation required, it must be the best 1 star hotel on earth!

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was very tidy and the bed is very big and comfortable. There is also a TV with local television. My girlfriend appreciated the additional magnifying mirror which is very helpful to make a make-up. They also have a restaurant at the ground level which is amazing and I highly recommend it. The hotel is near the Alicante airport (it's like 5 min driving a car) and it's very convenient that you can check-in late. It was a pleasant stay here.

The pillows were too small and I had neck pain because of it. Also bedclothes were a little stinky and I didn't like it because it was hard in touch. Also the hairdryer (which is attached to a wall) worked poorly.

This is very convenient to the airport at Alicante We often stay here the night before our flight home and are never disappointed with the hotel. The staff are all very helpful and the place is very clean.

We didn't realize that it was a festival weekend, so there was loud music in the area until 2:00 am and several people were still partying when we left early the next morning around 5:30 am. This was not the fault of the hotel and the hotel had no control over this aspect of our stay. It's usually very quiet here!

Small hotel 5 min drive from the airport. Clean and cozy rooms. Despite the fact that the hotel serves no breakfest, there is a small nice restaurant open from the morning, serving some snacks, salads ect. No problem with late night check-in if you arrive by late plane. The hotel is located in the centre of a small city with a lot of small shops, cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood, open till midnight.

No parking, it's quite difficult to find a parking place close to the hotel. Hotel is facing a busy street, there is also some noice from the airport (departing planes), espiecially early in the morning... Rooms are rather small, staircases and corridors shallow (but there is a lift). Night recepction staff could speak better English, but it's nothing unusual for Spain.

Fantastic, traditional Spanish hotel which is ideal for an overnight stay. The hotel is very clean and rooms are well equipped for a hotel at this price point. The staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming.. We will definitely be visiting again in the future

Our allocated room was on the 1st floor and overlooked the main road and was just above the pavement terrace area which resulted in noise from both traffic and cafe customers from about 7 am onwards but we had to be up early so not a problem for us .

We have stayed here many times It is VERY convenient for the airport. It's very Spanish with not much English spoken , which is part of its charm . We like sitting outside with wine n tapas with the locals . They now do an evening set menu ,which looked good but not cheap. Rooms are good n beds comfy -tv on the wall (Spanish only) excellent hot shower with shampoo etc provided. Friendly staff.

Road noise .

Easy checkin with pleasant staff. A nice room for the money. We also ate at the hotel…..excellent tapas! Also close to other bars and restaurants and only a 1.55€ to the airport on the bus which is bang opposite the hotel entrance!

Nothing considering the price paid.

Like this hotel, will ask for back room next time. Obviously it's a bit noisy in front rooms. The restaurant for dinner very good.

Normally our room is large but this time due to requesting double bed we ended up in very small room. Answer book single beds rooms much larger. Would not put us off staying again.
