I stayed 7 nights (2 separate reservations) and if I should again come to Brussel, I would definitely choose the same place. Great location, low price, easily accessible by bus, calm street. I had big studio at the ground floor, clean with very comfortable bed, heating and small kitchen (fridge was not working properly so it was more like freezer). Shower and toilette for 3 rooms at the corridor were clean during whole my stay. One day there was only cold water but after I came back to the Hostel in the evening I called the number on webpage - it was after 7pm and in 10 mins a guy named Andrew (sorry for possible misspelling] came and fixed it. He was very nice, communicated well and explained me what the issue was and that we all should have hot water in a while (it was issue for whole building) and even the next day he called to ask if hot water is running properly and if overall everything is ok or if anything else is needed - very customer oriented approach that I don't experience often. I did not have problem to get in the hostel or my room although I had 2 separate reservations, so 2 codes for my stay. Some of guests were having issues with codes but I suppose it was because they did not read properly given instruction (there was one family that could not get in when I arrived but apparently they forgot to press the #after the code although they showed me instruction where it was stated) and once some guests could not find their room number so they tried to enter at each and single door because they did not bother to look for the room number - number is not on door but on the wall.... Overall it was really nice experience for me. Maybe I was also lucky with my room as based on some reviews some people were not happy with theirs, Please bare in mind that this is a hostel (not five star hotel) for very reasonable price in a good location - also easily accessible from the airport.
Please take earplugs cause the main door is heavy and you will her it opening/closing every time as most of guests don't care how noisy they are. I could hear everything from the corridors, people walking or talking.... Sometimes the main corridor was a bit smelly but it was not that bad.

Great location and affordable. Will be coming back.
There are lots of steps so if you have mobility issues and/or heavy luggage this is not the place for you. Also, you need to take your own hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. Now that I know I will be more prepared next time.

I reached out this hostel through an offer of the spanish travel agency. At first I wasn’t sure of the choice but it turned out to be really good and clean! Easy to access to the building with codes.

Close to major buildings and public transport.
The 1-bed room was on an elevated bed, with stairs leading up. Not the most practical way of entering the bed.

The host was very easy to reach out to and was able to resolve all of my questions within no time. The place is in a great location and very safe neighborhood.

The room was very clean and the Wifi is good. It is next to the European Commision. It is a safe area.
They forgot one of my towels but they brought it as soon as I told them.

The building is at the best area of Brussels. Safe and cheap. Nothing at this price and quality in Brussels.
They are still renovating some details.
