The place was newly furnished throughout and was very tasteful and not at all to much. The food was superb , dinner was exceptional breakfast was superb. the restaurant manager was a dream nothing was to much trouble. In fact all the staff were great. it was one of the best 4 star hotels i have stayed at. beats some 5 star hotels hands down. I am not speaking bull**** it was exactly as i said i was truly gobsmacked especially for the price. fell free to contact me to confirm any of the above.

Fanatic breakfast. We accidentally left a jacket in the room and the hotel contacted us and held it till we were able to pick it up. Great service highly recommend. Very clean

The booklet in the room says check-out until 12, breakfast until 11. In fact, you have to check out till 11 and have breakfast till 10! Good thing I asked! The administrator at the restaurant during breakfast was not very friendly. I had urgent business early in the morning and returned to the hotel at ~10:05 (5 minutes delay!!!), when I asked if I could have breakfast I was refused, although the food was still there. At least they allowed me to make coffee. It was very disappointing and upsetting. By the way, the food was removed only in 15-20 minutes - I would have had time to eat.

I stayed for 1 night only. I had a spacious, light and clean room. The shower was good.

The mattress felt a bit hard. Also I could hear a music playing and people talking until early morning hours. The only way to get a taxi from the hotel is by ordering it from the hotel reception for 110 zloty!!! (for 10 mins drive). This information should be clearly visible from the hotel page. Uber taxi does not come here apparently. As per the questions and answers their shuttle service was in the region of 75-85 zloty in Jul24and now it’s 110 zloty but the information was not updated.

My flight landed early and I arrived before check-in. I was badly jet-lagged. They got me in a room right away. I didn't even ask. I told them I was happy to wait... Which was true by the way. But she took care of me anyways. For this I am very grateful. I was in a bad way, but didn't want to be a bother. That is the sort of thing that makes me return. Additionally the food is fantastic at all hours of the day. Wonderful soups. Excellent breakfast. Also the water pressure was excellent.

I think the wait staff could have been better. But it wasn't bad.

Hotel Great Polonia was a great Hotel to stop over - we had previously booked with the Hilton Garden at Krakow Airport but they were very expensive for one night stop over. Hotel Polonia price was perfect for the family and the restaurant evening meal was great. The room had a double bed upstairs and double bed dowstairs. There is plenty of safe parking with the airport being only 10 minutes away. This Hotel was great from all respects.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel near the airport. The location was super convenient, especially for catching an early flight. The service was smooth from check-in to check-out, and everything ran seamlessly. The highlight of my stay was definitely the restaurant – the food was really nice. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Overall, it was a relaxing stay regardless early flight. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place near the airport!

Good location, close to airport. Personnel was very polite and helpful. For my request they easily ordered taxi (even a bit cheaper than usual airport service). The meal in hotel restaurant is very good and taaty, the breakfast is varied, there is a good choice of dishes. The rooms are provided with all necessary means. The bed was comfortable.

There was raining all night long and drops from the roof knocked all time to the windowsill. It disturbed sleep. They need to do something with this.

There was multiple options at breakfast, however we informed in advance about allergies and asked for alternatives, even increased, gave ideas and suggested solutions. In practice, there were no preparations in advance, the team tried to improvise from what was already there. The rooms have seen better days, lots of cracks and breaks in the bathroom. The refrigerator does not refrigerate, it is used more like a cooler box.

The staff at "Witek" hotel is exceptional. They are very friendly and helpful in their communication, always eager to assist guests and maintain a positive attitude. On arrival, I was pleasantly surprised when the reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate my early check-in, even though it wasn't guaranteed. This was especially appreciated given the cold weather outside that made sightseeing somewhat difficult. The hotel's customer-centric approach is commendable, as many other hotels may not provide such flexibility, sticking to formal check-in timeline (..=make guests suffer -;)). Moreover, the hotel's location is convenient for those travelling by air, as it is in close proximity to Krakow airport, which was my case. This allows guests to comfortably wake up 2 hours prior to their flight and arrive on time without any hassle. The hotel staff also fulfilled my bed request for a king-sized bed, despite informing me that it was subject to availability. Additionally, the hotel provides excellent value for money, even when factoring in the cost of taxi to nearby locations. Compared to other hotels in the area, the rate to value proposition is fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent customer service and value for money.

While the hotel is generally very pleasant, guests with extremely sharp hearing may want to take note that the soundproofing may not be adequate for their needs. While this is a common issue in many hotels, it may be worth bringing earplugs or requesting a quieter room. In terms of transportation, taking a taxi is the most convenient way to get in and out of the hotel. However, guests should be aware that some taxi companies, such as Bolt, may not be readily available for short rides to the airport, especially early morning, as in my case. To avoid any inconvenience, it is best to order an outgoing cab through the hotel reception. Although these minor issues are not significant problems, it is important to mention them to provide transparency - just in case.
