Location is excellent, there is nice parking in front of the house and staff cleaned our apartments every day

I was bitten by bedbugs and there was a dog in the courtyard that was barking every night so it was hard to fall asleep. Please don’t punish the dog, she is so cute but very loud. In addition, it was cold in our rooms on the second floor comparing to the first floor where we had a conditioner that heated the room. Could be better with conditioner on the second floor too

We had the most amazing stay at Exi Sea Side Suites. Reading some of the reviews beforehand we weren't too sure what to expect; but from our experience it was absolutely fantastic. John was an incredible host, answering any questions both before and during our stay. He gave us recommendations for delicious restaurants, and also some must-see things for us to visit which was really appreciated. We were in the two bedroom villa suite and it was nothing short of stunning. We had everything you could possibly need there and it was very comfortable. The lovely housekeeper would come round every day (not sure if it says it on the booking that this is included, but it was a happy surprise for us!) so we had the flexibility of being able to cook our own meals / having a big lounge and outside area whilst also having the comforts of a hotel with housekeeping cleaning our space and replacing towels when needed! There is lots of parking on the property, which is brilliant as we didn't need to worry about having our hire car on the road - and no reservation was needed for this. The beach is directly infront of the suites, where you can hear the waves crashing on the rocks whilst you are in bed at night...so peaceful! Having driven most of the island on our 8 day stay, we were so pleased with our choice of staying where we were. Perissa is a small seaside village with lots of little shops along the beachfront, and after having explored a lot of the beaches...it is one of our favourite! There is a long strip of bars and restaurants that supply umbrellas with 2 beds that vary in price, for most you will pay through consumption of drinks or food (varying from 30€ to €6) and you will then have that space for the day - which we thought was really good! There are lots of amazing bars and restaurants if you don't want to drive to go out, everyone is so nice and welcoming and the sun rises right outside our window and sets just behind us.

No complaints. We wish our visit could have been longer. Thank you for having us :)

I loved.... I absolutely LOVED... the beach waves crashing on the shore in a full moon and the veranda to overlook the beach. The Demilmar restaraunt is very close as is the Santo street food Cafe and a First Stop Market with superb wines that are local Greek reds grown with the Pinotage South African approach that delivers superb flavor due ti it growing so close to the ground. The daily cleaning service was also unique, and she did so well. I tipped her when I left, which we all should be doing. The fridge is 50s american style yet modern. The shower was always hot and refreshing. And the noise minimal. The e-bike on site was 15 euros a day and made of wood, which was very interesting. Nearby is Ancient Thera, a quick walk from the door and a trail system that takes you to Tempel des Apollon Karneios or Ekklisia Agios Stefanos and monastery of the gods.

I can't think of anything. It was great. Perhaps paper towels in the room would be nice. For the kitchen.

Absolutely magical, being there off-season allowed us to have a quiet and restful stay at this unique location. The rooms were great, the gardens a beautiful place to sit and relax, and we even napped daily under the trees. The trees and lights strung in the trees felt like a magical fairy kingdom, especially at night with the fairy lights. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance - a perfect place to replenish. John, who took care of us during our stay was very attentive and checked in daily to see if there was anything that we needed. The day we left, he came at 8:15 AM to help us carry our bags.

Santorini is an island and like many islands has a water problem, whether you use water to shower or wash the dishes the high salt level is an issue. Bottled water is absurdly priced in the local shop, in general, the prices were a bit overpriced for transport, food, coffee, etc. But if you ask around, there are better-priced options. For example, we saved 50% on a taxi from Perissa to Oia, as well as a similar percentage on our airport transport. Added all together we saved 100 euros on taxi fares this way.

Our stay at Exi Sea Side Suites was a pleasant surprise. The location is right in front of Perissa Beach, with several cafes, markets, and restaurants nearby. The beach is beautiful, very calm, and clean. The apartment is perfect for two people—comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and nice decor. There is a private table in the outdoor area, as well as a shared leisure area in front of the apartment, great for relaxing in front of the beach. The property also offers private parking within the hotel grounds. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us great tips on beaches and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

A lovely comfortable clean house with balcony in a beautiful sea front location. Friendly staff and many facilities nearby such as shops and car rental, bicycle renting, public bus stop and many nice restaurants. Lovely shower and large shared garden with swings and hammock and outdoor seating.

Staircase beautiful but may need to watch footing until you get used to them. Bathroom is downstairs, has a fabulous strong shower, may need an extra shelf beside sink to place cosmetics on. Would definitely stay again, lovely house and staff, lovely location.

We had a very pleasant stay of 5 nights and everything was perfect for the price we paid. The staff is really nice, John is really helpful and offers to do everything to make your stay even better. The housekeeper is very friendly and they provide a cleaning service everyday. The location by the beach is perfect, there is a café, a restaurant and a small shop at 5min walk distance, open even during low season. The front yard / shared garden is pretty. The bed is incredibly confortable. The parking is very close by.

More kitchen tools could have been added to help cooking simple meals, and some refreshments could have been done on small details but it was a really small inconvenience and we overall really enjoyed our stay there, we wish to come back one day !

We loved our stay at Exi Sea Side Suites, the accommodation was beautifully clean and tasteful and in a perfect location for the beach which was literally a minute walk from our suite and also for all the restaurants and bars along the front. And despite its very convenient and close proximity to all the action it felt set apart and quiet, like a little retreat, so a perfect combination really. There is a really cool outside seating area under the trees, with sofas and evening lights that has a very bo-ho laid back vibe to it. Yet what makes Exi Suites stand out is the amazing Hotel Manager Nicole who was so so helpful yet completely unobtrusive. She made some brilliant recommendations of places to eat and drink and was the font of all historical and geographical knowledge and a Sommelier to boot. We cannot rate Exi Sea Side Suites more highly, it was fantastic and it was the best aspect of our stay in Santorini. 10/10!!!!

The location is truly splendid. You are located at 20 meters from the sea. The friendliness of the staff is remarkable. They truly are ready to help you at any time. Lastly, the garden and chill out area which is open to all guests is a true gem. It is also very well taken care of.

The bathroom needs a small touchup, seems outdated and has been used intensively for a couple of years it seems. Additionally, ants can easily enter your room under the front door. This can be annoying since these ants spread fast in the room. A solution should be sought for that issue.

.The Exi team has been amazing. Helpful, friendly, all time available for questions, wishes and everything that comes up during your holiday. For me as a solotraveler it felt safe and they cared a lot about me. The homes are cozy and I loved the huge gallery with the bed where you can listen to wind and waves. The garden with its lovely little details and directly in front of the beach is a wonderful and quiet place to relax and do some yoga. Breakfast has been amazing and I have simply nothing to complain about 😊 I'll be back!
