Staff super nice, provided us with early checkin. Also, as we had to leave super early to the airport, they anticipated our breakfast with fresh fruits and toasts, cheese and ham. The room is very well equipped and comfortable, similar to a flat. The pool is awesome for those who want to just relax or if you are a swimmer and needs your daily training. Good wine menu as well as other drinks. Very close to nice restaurants, bars and coffees. I would definitely stay there again if I'd come back to Santa Cruz.

I think they could improve the comfort in the inside area of the restaurant - with air conditioner and more comfortable seats. Also the food from the restaurant needs more attention. Risotto was a soup and carpaccio was in fact a "meat ceviche". Although there are super nice restaurants in the area, I believe that considering that the hotel is so nice, they can also improve the food to meet the quality of the other hotel aspects that are excellent.

We spent two nights in this amazing hotel - it turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Bolivia. The hotel is located in the elegant Equipetrol district, which is very safe, quiet and has a lot of fancy restaurants close by. The common area of the hotel is just stunning: incredibly stylish and spacious, with a TV room, a pool table, table football, and a fantastic restaurant. The walls are decorated with art and we spent a lot of time leafing through the illustrated books that were laid out. There is a pool outside, which we could not use as it was raining. Our room (#203) had a great design; it was sizeable with a huge bed, a leather sofa and an armchair; the theme of the room was National Geographic. There is ample space for suitcases and clothes; there was also a built-in kitchen with a kettle and tea/coffee, as well as a fridge filled with complimentary water. The breakfast was outstanding and was served in the beautiful restaurant furnished in the same style as the rest of the hotel. Unmatched value for price. We would any time recommend this hotel and regret that we only booked two nights here.

This is a gem of a hotel, decorated very tastefully around the theme of cinema. It would feel at home as an upscale boutique hotel in any major city. I only wish we had stayed longer. We enjoyed very good pizzas at its restaurant. The weather turned very cold and rainy the night we stayed so we could not walk around the neighbourhood, but it seemed very interesting to visit. Will certainly return for a longer stay next time we fly into Santa Cruz

Very modern with large blow up photos everywhere- thus lacking a strong Bolivian character. Although this should have annoyed/disappointed me, to my surprise there checked all the other thoughtful small boxes. Excellent breakfast, hot shower, quiet safe neighborhood, friendly helpful staff, great bed.

Design choices were bizarre and escapist. Santa Cruz itself is not a tourist destination.

I am a regular traveller with Booking.com - but rarely leave reviews. This place is worth highlighting though. A really beautiful hotel - stylishly designed with sizeable and comfortable rooms. The photos do not really do it justice. An extremely large restaurant and bar, and just about every amenity needed. I swam lengths in the outdoor exercise pool - the water was cold, but I like it that way. The area is really one of the best in Santa Cruz, with some great popular restaurants and bars just around the corner.

Location excellent, quiet street with easy access to restaurants, shops. Room was very spacious, with a distinctive modern style. Loved the breakfast, lots of options, and seating areas to see friends. Gym terrific.

A new hotel, and sometimes making appliances work was a problem, so TV/security safe difficult to fathom, and very helpful staff were learning too.

Hotel is hard to find, very little sign. Had to wonder around until we found it. The eating area for breakfast is open. No A/C. It was extremely hot during out stay. 106+ degrees. Stayed in the room all day. A/C in room was adequate. Weather is not under the control of the hotel. :-)

This place is amazing! It has a very lux vibe from the moment you step in. The decoration and the building are beautiful. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The amenities, the pool, the restaurant, etc were the best part. You felt like hanging out in them, having coffee, dining, etc- Very trendy style. The location is also very good.

Pool's water is a bit freezing to really enjoy it.

Enormous space, views from the terraces, breakfast was superb, most staff friendly and helpful. Not much I can say against this place. One of the nicest and best value places I’ve stayed in in Latin America, and I’ve notched up a good few.

Nothing really. Santa Cruz is not the most attractive or inspiring city (it is an agro business based city with the support industries for that business), but that is not the fault of the hotel. one small gripe - some outside furniture on the enormous terrace would have been nice.

Very beautiful hotel in Santa Cruz. The room we had was spacious, very comfortable and clean - and nicely decorated with lots of cinema references.The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel is a bit off from the historic center but it is a short ride or a slightly longer walk. We would definitely come back and stay here again!
