The staff (especially Naha receptionist was super nice and friendly) and Osama (the owner) are the most welcoming with the best hospitality I have experienced. Everyone went above and beyond expectations and were very helpful. Location is very convenient to the Pyramids (Uber was about $2CAD) with breakfast area/ rooftop with an amazing view of the pyramids (sunset view was beautiful and at I believe 7PM there's a light show at the Pyramids, you can't hear it from the hotel but you can see the pyramids lit up). The airport was about 45 minutes away but was only a $10CAD Uber. We booked the Deluxe Double Room which was very clean, spacious for two people and exactly as pictured with a little sitting table area and a fridge. In terms of safety, we were two women and felt very safe and cared for as though we were with family and the hotel was easy to locate with the Pyramids Tower sign lit up. We also asked to check in an hour early and they were able to accommodate and when we arrived they knew who we were and the check in process was easy.

Great hot and cold breakfast (as pictured); however, breakfast starts at 8AM. We wished it started at 7:30AM as many tours start early in the morning - we made it work.

The room is maybe the nicest room I've ever stayed in and great value for money. It was quite luxurious in my opinion, with an incredible view of the pyramids. The room had a sofa and big TV, and a desk and chair which was great for doing my work. WiFi was quite strong but would switch off regularly. The breakfast was amazing, such a big feast every morning and impressive for the price. The staff were so hospitable and friendly and would go out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Coffee in the room, a fridge, kettle, really just amazing value for money. I've moved to another hotel in Cairo and it's not expensive and nowhere near as good as Pyramid Tower Inn, pyramid tower inn is the best value for money I've found in Egypt. The guy at the restaurant upstairs gets beers if you want, kitchen is open almost all day with good quality food. They even can bring some meals or drinks to your room. I would definitely recommend staying here. Just remember it's $30 a night, and you'll see this is great value for what you get.

There was an issue when i arrived - the booking.com page says there is a fitness centre and has a picture of a gym. However the gym is about a 15-20 minute walk away and costs 300 to use once. It is not part of the hotel, so I was quite annoyed when I came to reception and asked where the gym was and found that out. However, to make up for their error, the staff took me to the gym in a tuktuk and even paid for entry that first day. Just be aware there is NOT a gym at the hotel. It's not a big issue, but if you choose this hotel for the gym you'll be disappointed

The Owner of the PYRAMIDS TOWER Inn has a great and friendly staff. Mohamed Fouad, helped plan our tours to the Pyramids, the Nile Cruise and the Great Egyptian Museum! He also introduced us to the coolest guide, Hisham Gabry, his tour of the Pyramids was very educational and fun, Hisham knew everybody and everybody knew him! Aamaa, took us to see the Cairo Tower and shopping! Aamaa, very, very kind and attentive to us, thanks! The kitchen staff made the best breakfast and mint lemon drinks! we had a wonderful time!

The room is BEAUTIFUL. The bathroom is lovely and large and the carpet, furniture and Aircon are super. The Aircon works perfectly, unlike many places of a similar price in Egypt. Great fridge too and lovely wardrobe and desk. The view of the pyramids from our room and the top floor breakfast lounge / restaurant are AMAZING. Service is amazing, and the entry to the hotel and the lounge area around the lobby are lovely. For the price, this hotel is INCREDIBLE, because its room, the furnishings, the facilities and the service are very good and similar to places that cost double or triple this. The owner is really friendly and I absolutely adore the reception person Galal - he is amazing. What an asset to this hotel and an incredible person to have help make your stay and your time in Egypt smooth and exactly what you want. His English is superb and he focuses on making us the guests comfortable and happy, and that we enjoy our Egyptian holiday. I've found many places and people in Egypt are unfortunately focused on trying to get money/tips etc out of you and treating you like a walking bank, but at this hotel Pyramids Tower Inn with Galal, the owner, waiters and the other reception staff - their focus is on making your stay a lovely one.

The hotel view is great. If you are coming to learn the pyramids and history, do not go to another hotel. Khaled was in contact with us from the moment we booked the hotel. And he did everything to satisfy us until the last minute of our departure. He is really an excellent employee and friend. They even arranged for us a Spanish speaking guide more convenient than outsiders. And we had a marvellous tour with an incredibly knowledgeable guide. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, our room and the restaurant were spotless. The breakfast was the best food we had in Egypt and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I don't believe I can find more than this in a hotel. Thank you very much for everything, we will definitely stay in this hotel when we come to Egypt again.

The property gave an impression of a family run boutique hotel in oriental style, beautifully designed, cosy, clean, tidy, good quality fresh food. It had breathtaking view to Pyramids from both a room and a hotel restaurant on the roof. We experienced a warm welcome by hotel staff and the owner. Khaled a tour manager was absolutely exceptional, he arranged our entertainment and tours, as well as guided us through the rest of our journey around Egypt ensuring our security and well organised leisure activities. Khaled made our exploration of Egypt very safe and comfortable. All drivers that he provided us with were well mannered and professional.

It located in a rough, poor area which was a bit of a shocking contrast with a hotel ambience, however, we didn’t experience any problems or ever felt unsafe during our stay there. Another take away lesson for me was, in order, to avoid disappointment requesting a phone interview with a tour guide prior hiring was a useful thing to do, as not all of them are fluent enough in language and have sufficient knowledge about places.

We enjoyed the fact that we were able to try some traditional Egyptian food during breakfast and loved being able to enjoy a great view of the pyramids while we ate. We never felt pressured to make use of any additional services, which I understand is a rarity in Giza. I found the staff very kind, trustworthy and respectful. I don't think they could have done much more to make our stay more comfortable, short of carrying us up to the rooms. They were absolute stars. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The Giza area has quite a bit of urban decay and appears to be a a low income area, but it was relatively clean and we never felt unsafe walking around at night. In fact, it was nice to see the Giza night life.

There was no microwave in the room, which is always very convenient when traveling. Also, perhaps the only constructive advice might be that they check that the cheese is good before serving it. Ours did not look or taste right and we are regular cheese eaters. The lady who served us breakfast might also consider just the tiniest little bit of a smile while serving guests. It just makes guests feel a little bit more welcome when someone smiles at them. However, this is me just nit-picking, because there is really nothing much to complain about. Our stay was quite lovely.

The hotel was beyond exceptional and the staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating and Khaled was by my side every step of the way to help with everything all the tours, trips and experiences I wanted to do, see and explore he made it all happen and come to life. He made everything so easy and comforting and absolutely took away the stress and fears of anything that would come up. Khaled is so amazing and I would go back just for his hospitality and friendliness alone.

The staff were phenomenal from the moment of our arrival, explaining the history of egypt to the hotel in detail. They made it a welcome and pleasurable experience leaving us mesmerised by the level of kindness to the views from the room to the top floor. It was here where we truly fell in love with Cairo and made us want to explore and learn more about this wonderful city. I will definitely be returning to Cairo and if so the first point of call will be the pyramids tower for its unique experience and help guiding us through this magical city. Cairo is a must, but the hotel with more views than one is a guarantee if this is a new experience or a return. Highly recommend. Staff and service with 10/10.

Roughly the best view of the pyramids among stay houses in Giza. Accept it from a professional photographer (look at the pictures). I had the best view from my room, but you can have the same from their rooftop Cafe. Everything was perfect, except an issue I had with bookings which easily got solved after talking with bookings and the property's owner Osama. He knows how to operate the business and make the customers happy. He is a perfect guy, and I really enjoyed conversation with him on the last day (man in the picture) Here is my first recommendation to anyone who wants to stay in Giza. Hope to visit there again in the future

The only issue is: this is very noisy neighbourhood which it's not a big deal in my opinion if you are going to stay for a couple of nights. it is really worths for the view.
