Staff were so kind and helpful, it turned into a real home from home for us (mother and two children). Fantastic location, close to supermarket, shops and restaurants. Easy walk to The Medina. Breakfast delicious, good variety of food options. Pool area great, sun pretty much all day. Some might say that the hotel needs updating, perhaps the bathroom areas, but that didn’t bother us at all, we loved how traditional it was, all areas are clean and well maintained. Room was ideal, good size for three people, clean, beds comfy, spacious bathroom. Overal decor of the hotel was charming, the lounge areas a pleasure to spend time in.

This is a nice hotel that was the ending point for a tour that we were on, so we decided to stay on two more nights on our own. Location is in the new city I think, so it's 2-3km to the old town square (Medina), so we took taxis to get there. YSL museum is a little closer, maybe 1km, so we walked that. We were tired from our tour, so we didn't take time to try the Hammam (baths) in the hotel, which I think are at an extra cost. January weather was too cold for the outdoor swimming pool so we didn't use it. Breakfast was great, we didn't try the dinners, ate mostly in the Medina. We did have dinner in the neighborhood one night, and there were several restaurant options there. Staff was helpful and unobtrusive.

it's in a nice urban neighborhood, nothing like the old city. if you want to walk to the old city, that would take you awhile. but I'm glad we didn't change hotels to be in the old city, we were tired after our tour, and this place was a good place to rest.

The staff was very professional and helpful and exceptionally kind. They were always ready to help with a smile or to chat about their city, food and customs. The reception was open 24/7 and the night receptionist made us feel truly welcomed although we arrived at 2pm. Lady day receptionist, breakfast room staff, night guard. The cleaners and maintenance staff work really hard. And I want to thank specially Safouane for being so patient with the children in the pool, teaching them to swim when they asked and for being so friendly. I will definitely come back. Breakfast was delicious with really fresh eggs cooked in front of you, delicious moroccan homemade pastries and freshly squeezed fruit juices. My kids got hooked on their mint tea. Beautiful bathroom with a modern and vast walk in shower. Great pool, so much needed after a morning in the souk.

Very nice hotel, away from all the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. It is located in Geliz, in a super central area and about 15 minutes walk from the famous Jma El Fna square. The staff are all very friendly and cordial. The rooms are spacious and decorated with beautiful Moroccan furniture. The interior of the Hotel itself is very tasteful, we all really liked it. Very nice terrace and pool. Next year we plan to return.

Poor wifi signal.

Fridge in the room. A real bath - a bit on the small side but it was lovely. Breakfast - apart from the orange juice. Location in Gueliz within walking distance of the Jardin Majorelle. Good restaurants nearby - especially Babakish - a Lebanese restaurant.

Orange juice at breakfast was re-constituted powdered stuff, which seems crazy when Morocco grows such tasty oranges and freshly squeezed juice is so fantastic.

Good breakfast. There is plenty of parking lots next to the hotel, but there will be again some strange guys who will ask money for parking telling they will secure your car (during our trip through Morocco nobody explained who are these guys, are they under police control so they "pass" money up to the police, or this is "legal" criminal level in Morocco, but this is really annoying. I would like to pay more if money goes to the city, but when this is something about giving money for kind of "nice" beggar, which is obviously under someone's hood this is not acceptable). Here they asked 100 dirham per two nights, gave only 80 (may be not to give at all?). Not really close to the old city, but you can easily walk there, it is 15-20 minutes of walk. Polite stuff, a lot of rooms, though not good they don't have family rooms, so had to take two.

Comment to moderator: - Can you see three pictures related to breakfast? For some reason I can see you publish only ONE. I'm currently discussing this matter with booking support team and we need to understand if this is you (moderator) remove two more photos or in your view you can't see them? Please give me feedback as I can see support team can't reach you easily. Moderator! Are you joking? I asked you to check if you can see three pictures or not. Please contact support team or whoever and check if there is something wrong with your interface.

Once we arrived we met this adorable receptionist and he greeted me saying my name which I found very endearing. The rooms are very cosy and clean.. the lady at the reception was also very sweet to us made us feel at home ( I am sorry I didn’t get their names). The lifeguard Anas was very nice too. We ended staying two more nights only for 1000dh which I found very reasonable. The location of the hotel is great everything is walking distance. The rooms are clean. The AC works great. The beds very comfortable.

Need more sunlounge by the pool.

Very nice staff and good location. Great value with low price.

My friends said the bed was too hard but for me It was Ok. They didnt have toiletpaper in the room when we arrived so we thought It was because the hotel was so cheap that we have to buy everything but after morning everything worked well. Also would have prefared fresh fruits and glutenfree bread but I did know beforehand that moroccan breakfast contains a lot of sugar and sweets so didnt expect More.

Great value for me and my three kids, breakfast was included for free for them! Old world Moroccan charm, plenty of character. Hassan the porter was so friendly and kind, he even took me to get our boarding passes printed after he finished work. Thank- you!

Suggestion: put lamps on the four tables in the reception area with soft lighting, this will be so welcoming on arrival!

The staff had a 5 star customer service attitude and were incredibly kind and welcoming. This is very important. The lady on the desk was very easy to ask any question and was proud to work there. The other staff just were all very helpful and put guests at ease. Room had multi language TV, could watch programmes in French. Breakfast was free of charge. Olives were good. Guests at breakfast were all surprisingly chatty and anyone could exchange polite conversation with ease.

Needs an interior designer consultation to create a brand and to simplify the colour scheme. Furnishings need a designer to get the colours in harmony. I liked the statues on the entrance to the hotel, please keep them. Area was very safe and residential and 15 min walk to Jema el Fna. Rose tea had sugar in. Tip to owner: Some guests are diabetic and need to add their own sugar. The tea vervain had no sugar so that was ok and the lipton black tea.
