Seems very new and extremely well kept. The lady and gentleman running the property are always on site to help with any issues. Also makes it feel super safe and secure. Very well located for diving. We weren’t divers but seems like the area for it. Lots of nice coffee shops and eateries close by. Well located for an eat and west day trip combined as you can do one big circle of the whole island from here. Good values for money. Nice breakfast. Helped organise taxis :) Very well decorated with high ceilings. A little basic, no kettle tea / coffee etc but they would be more than happy to get you them if you asked.

Once the birds wake up you can hear them. It’s part of the charm I guess as it’s a bungalow, in a garden and we don’t mind this. But if you don’t want to hear those things stay somewhere else (although it’s pretty standard for a lot of places in Indonesia!)

Everything! Beautiful bungalow! Sooo clean! Perfect location! We are vegan and we had a pantry that sells heaps of vegan stuff right next to us and a vegan restaurant 5 min walk from there too. The decoration was so beautiful, full of light. The doggi Chika was very cute too. We also rented a scooter for 4 days and had no problems, we were able to visit everywhere we wanted. Good air condition and very quiet area.

Maybe the shower could do with a better attachment to the wall to be able to move it and change it’s position.

Very clean and nice room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was big and beautiful. The location was close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and beaches. All walking distance.

We could hear motor bikes from our room. The wifi got cut off for 2 days because there was a damage on the wire or something so we had no wifi… and it was new years, we couldn’t call our families… it was pretty sad.

These beautiful little bungalows are so clean, calm and peaceful. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to sort out a last minute ferry ticket for me. They were so accommodating. Breakfast was good, and they have such a friendly little dog, just to top it all off.

The location is much better than a lot of other options, but you still need to hire a scooter to get around really, although this is the same across Nusa Penida.

Julie greeted me warmly when I arrived! The bungalow is very simple and sweet. The landscape is nice even though small size. Even though simple, the room is well taken care of. They serve breakfast at the room deck so you can have you breakfast with view and sound of bird chirping, chicken clucking. Simply relaxing!

Some of the paint has peeled off but really not a big deal. Bathroom is very simple and water pressure is not so strong. The electric supply is interrupted in the midnight (for the whole island i think) which can be hot and scary, but i am rewarded with a sky full of stars!.

The bungalows were a beautiful setting. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The air conditioning was very good. A lovely porch to sit and have the provided breakfast, the banana pancake and fresh fruit were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is a 10 minute drive from the harbour, and near a supermarket and plenty of cafes, restaurants. Penida Colada restaurant and Penida Espresso were very nice! It is mostly easy to find when following apple/Google maps but look carefully for the side street to walk down as the sign is small and can be missed:) A great stay overall, would recommend! A beautiful place to relax, and explore Nusa Penida:)

Slight noise from some traffic and neighbouring rooster. But not enough to deter staying again:)

If you’re looking for a great value for money, it’s your best bet. The bungalows are great: clean, comfortable and have a good AC. The location is also very nice, as you can just walk to the ocean and nearest restaurants. The host was very friendly and helped us to accommodate one more guest that we didn’t initially include in the booking.

The staff is very friendly- they organised a cake for my birthday! It’s a nice and quiet spot but very close to great snorkelling & plenty of beach restaurants. We snorkelled all around SD point with our kids. Bring cash to the island, there are not many working ATM’s on Penida. Lovely garden. They let us use the fridge for our water and chocolates 👍

A bit of a smell from the drain.

We had an excellent stay at Angels Bungalow. The bungalows are very clean, and the price-performance ratio is top-notch. The owners are incredibly helpful and assist you immediately with anything you need, whether it's calling a taxi or answering any other questions. Highly recommend!

The only thing that could be improved is providing a hairdryer in the bungalows.

Breakfast was super, location is very good, a little further from the main road, but close to the beach and some restaurants.

WiFi was spotty in our room, but if you went outside on the patio it was OK.
