Great location between Karlsplatz and Sendlinger Tor. You can walk from the Karlsplatz U bahn station if you take U bahn from the airport. Hotel is good, room as you would expect from Premier Inn. Nothing to fault if you book early and get a good price.
I would not recommend booking Premier Inn through Booking.Com. Premier Inn don't respond to messages through Booking. We unfortunately were to arrive a day late. We messaged and emailed through the Booking.Com system and Premier Inn claimed to have never received the messages. I called the Premier Inn number given which went to a central call centre. They told me as I booked through Booking.Com they could do nothing. This is the first hotel I've ever had this problem with. Thankfully the staff resolved the issue and allowed us to stay after much pleading.

Location was great, just outside the old city walls and close to the pedestrian shopping streets leading to the centre. Great value and quality breakfast buffet. Reasonably quiet - we overlooked the courtyard, just the odd bit of construction noise, but that seems to be the case everywhere in Munich! Great shower. Staff were very helpful.
We struggled a little with the softness of the mattresses - very little lower back support. But nice to have been provided with a variety of pillows.

Very brand new. You'll get kettle in a room, an LCD TV a hair dryer. No fridge. Water is plenty warm. Location is excellent. Very close to Karlplatz and Sendlinger Tor. If you arrive early you can spend time in a lougne next to the lobby. Very comfy. Considered the hotel price in Munich, it is considered a mid-level budget hotel. Worth the money
A fridge would be nice.

The staff was very friendly. It was no problem to store bags the next day. The location was good, walkable to Sendlinger Tor, Marienplatz, shopping, etc. Wifi was fast and the bed was comfy.
The hotel is in the middle of a building site. To no fault of the hotel itself, there was also a large contingent of rather rowdy people when I stayed who made a ruckus in the lobby/ right outside on the street, and later in the hallway. The rooms are not soundproofed sufficiently for these kinds of noises (but again, if you get a good neighbor should not be an issue). Bar has a very limited menu.

Comfortable room in a business-class hotel. Window had a view over main street. Service was friendly and they managed to check us in just a little early, which we needed because we had to meet someone.
Parking lift wasn't working, so we had to bring our bags up one flight of stairs, but main lift worked fine. Hotel was on a main street, a 5 minute walk from any bakeries and eateries. Hotel breakfast was expensive so we didn't eat there.

We stayed here for 3 nights last week, for the price we paid, I’m super impressed! We booked 8 months in advance for the Xmas markets, it only cost us €250 for the full 3 nights! It was one of the better premier inns I’ve stayed in. One thing that struck me was how clean the entire place was, from the lobby and public toilets to the rooms themselves, all super clean. Check in was easy and didn’t take long at all. I loved the fact the check out time was 12pm, we could get up and ready at our leisure on the last day. The rooms are cosy and a good size for the price. There wasn’t a fridge in the room so if you need refrigerated medication, please take note of this. There also isn’t a dedicated restaurant for lunch and dinner so you will need to venture out for food which was fine for us. The bar area is fantastic, they do happy hour 5-7pm daily, half price drinks, even at the weekend! We saved ourselves a small fortune. One thing I will say is the bar manager (sorry don’t know his name but the gentleman that usually runs it in the evening) is fantastic. The bar is extremely busy and he doesn’t have any help, something I feel needs addressing. He somehow manages to run an extremely busy bar, keeps it clean and tidy and serves everyone in good time despite the fact he’s by himself. I do think they need to employ someone to help him, the poor guy is rushed off his feet and looks overwhelmed at times. He’s a credit to the hotel, so friendly and chatty despite the constant pressures. Overall we had a lovely stay and especially considering the price, I’d highly recommend a stay here.
A restaurant in the hotel would’ve been a bonus and seeing the bar manager have some staff to help would’ve made me feel less guilty about the amount of drinks we ordered throughout the evenings.

Breakfast was abundant, although it was always the same items
Facilities in room: no land telephone. I do not like the system that you have to ask the cleaners each time you want to change sheets, pillow cases, etc You have to ask for tea, milk, sugar replenishments each time Television only 2/3 English programs The name of the Hotel is a misnomer as the name on the premises is only premier hotel. The taxi driver could not find Zentrum. I do not know why. The system is that when you sign in they take the money from the card, that I understand, but will give you your receipt on the day/time you are leaving.

Premier Inn Munich City Zentrum exceeded my expectations based on the price and the location. I was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel upon arrival because it was new, modern, and very clean. The beds were comfy, the staff all spoke English, and the lobby was very comfortable to spend a little time before our room was ready and while waiting for our transfer to the airport. Also, the WIFI was free and very good in the hotel. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom included shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. If I were going back to Munich, I would not hesitate to stay at this property again. It was only a 10-15 minute walk to the Marienplatz (Old Town) and the central shopping district, so it was very convenient. It also is only 5 to 8 minute by car from the main train station (Munich Hbf). The hotel provides detailed inner city maps to find your way around town.
My only negative for this hotel is that there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, but I knew that before going from their website, so I brought my own with me. It certainly was not a deal breaker as it is such a minor amenity.

The room was very well furnished for a modern traveler. wonderful shower, USB sockets along with normal power sockets for all my electronics, an accessible HDMI for my chromecast to connect to the TV, blue night light over the bed, extra folding sofa. Oh, and an Ac! that you can control yourself! My own room also had a street view AND great soundproofing so it was only the view and not the car sounds that got in. Hotel is close to two U-bahn and tram stations and near the old city. all in all a great place to stay.
The room lacked a mini fridge which I didn't need but still, and as far as I can tell did not have a safe. or I just couldn't find it.
