Overall, the room was spacious with comfortable beds, but there were a few issues. Breakfast was the typical waffle, cereal, bread, yogurt, and fruit. Tea and coffee were available all day. We were able to do an early checkin. Staff were friendly.

The air conditioning had visible black mold, and the room had a persistent, musty smell likely due to high humidity. The A/C could certainly benefit from better cleaning. Additionally, the bathroom extractor fan was not functioning properly, causing the bathroom to fog up. We had to leave the door open for better ventilation.

Clean room, nice décor, easy to find room... no long walks to take my luggage to my room, very quiet hotel with no loud music, tv, peaceful occupants, lots of available usb ports, lobby has a clean area available to meet other and to dine there at anytime other than breakfast.

Two different rates for two nights that I stayed, I thought it be the same rate. I was not aware of this and no explaination was given. Parking was sparse. If you want parking be sure to get there in the daylight hours because there may not be a spot for you later in the day. Parking is divided with the other hotel lodgings next to this one, really tight.

The room was nice overall space wise. Breakfast has enough options for a group of picky/restricted eaters. It was fairly quiet overall, staff was very friendly and it was easy to request extra items.

We could definitely smell we were next to a smokers room when using the bathroom however. The refrigerator froze everything on the top shelf which was bad when it came to needing some milk for our kid despite us changing the settings on it. Also the pool barely qualified as heated. It was cold in the morning and just bearable in the evening.

No ventilation fan in bathroom. Also..ALL hotels with pools should have an ADULTS ONLY time slot for the pool. Maybe every 45 mins for 15 mins or maybe like 7pm to 8pm. But something set aside for adults only! There was ALWAYS LOUD/hyper kids in the pool. This is my biggest issue at staying at a hotel with indoor pool. Let THE PAYING ADULTS use the pool exclusively w/out any kids! I'm not there to watch Karen's brood, while she ignores them screaming, running and jumping in the pool nonstop, like feral children!

Breakfast was good - tasty, nutritious, and well-stocked. The room was comfortable and roomy. Great fitness center. Plenty of close parking, and it was well-lit. Love the complimentary cookies at front desk! We also greatly appreciated being permitted to check in when we showed up 2 hours early.

On the second morning, there was no water in the fitness center’s dispenser - my only complaint for the whole two-day stay. The air in the room was also pretty humid, but that’s how it was outside, so there is only so much AC can do.

Stay was comfortable and very affordable. Given the price point, it well exceeded expectations. The beds were comfortable. The bathtub/shower had a hold rail, very useful for older folks. The sitting area was a welcome bonus. A decent continental breakfast was included.

Lights did not come on when the wall light switch was flipped, but worked fine when individual lamps were turned on. Had to leave a light on when we went out in the evening so we wouldn't have to fumble in the dark upon our return.

Located in a great part of town, very quiet hotel with excellent security. Felt 100% safe travelling alone as a young woman, and the staff there were AMAZING!! I was worried about potentially having to cancel and postpone my trip due to some issues getting a prescription, and had called the front desk to let them know I may or may not be showing up. After a few hours of some stress, I was finally able to leave and drive to this hotel for the night, and had called them again to let them know my time of arrival. When I got there late at night and stated my reservation, the man at the front desk, who I had spoken to on the phone for my calls earlier, remembered me and said he was glad I was able to make it. I ended up getting upgraded to a suite room at no additional cost as well! And the next morning as I was heading out, a staff member who was doing some cleaning noticed me walking down the hall towards the elevator and went out of her way to call it for me- she wasn't even that close to the elevators! There is so much warmth radiating from these people, and after the long and stressful day prior, it was just a lovely experience to stay here. If I'm ever travelling this way again I will absolutely rebook here!!!

I was pleased to find that my car remained secure during my visit, as I am aware that many hotels do not assume liability for vehicle break-ins that occur on their premises.

The staff did not appear to be very welcoming. I was attempting to join the rewards program, but I felt rushed through the onboarding process in order to pay for the room, even though there was no one else waiting behind me. I found this to be a bit disconcerting.

Love the location ,breakfast is always good , and rooms are always clean

My lock did not work or my door ,and when i told the gentleman at the front desk . He wanted to debate sort of speaking as if i didn't know how the locks work . i have been staying at the property every week since the end of September and have had no issues until this visit. i did not appreciate being questioned like i was an idiot who didn't know how to lock a door. I was not impressed at all with this man at the front desk. I'm use to seeing the lovely lady who normally is there , who is always so friendly and welcoming .

Very friendly and helpful staff, large room, free parking, comfy bed. Great to have coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby. Really appreciated the oat milk option that was included in breakfast after our second night.

The bathroom floor felt weird, as if there was residue from the cleaning product used. Disposable cutlery and plates for breakfast. Forget this hotel if you don't have a car or do not want to use your car too much, even for short distances, you will need it for everything. We are used to walking instead of driving to places that require up to a 15-min walk but the surrounding area seems sketchy during the evening. Not the hotel's fault, but it's something to have in mind.
