The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice!

I did not like the location and the slum people standing outside the hotel. I also hated that there were people screaming and yelling from outside that I heard all night which caused it difficult to sleep for me.

It’s a premier inn, so you get what you expect from a premier inn. Clean, comfortable tea and coffee with a decent shower.

I’m afraid that’s where the nice comments end. It’s got nothing to do with the hotel but on all streets that surround the train station there are small groups of foreign immigrants and Germans openly smoking crack dealing drugs, smoking pot, drinking. And with all that comes smashed bottles and rubbish everywhere. There was even drug dealing right outside the hotel entrance. Even though we didn’t have any trouble we hated going back to the hotel at night, it wasn’t nice. Shame really because it was a good hotel.

Very helpful, kind and nice reception and breakfast kitchen staff, our superior double room was really spacious, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast was very good. We could leave our luggage from the checkout time until our departure to the airport and loved the luggage tagging system (like in airports, one part of the tag remains on the suitcase, and you get a small tag for you). Everything very well organised.

The location near Frankfurt train station is excellent and horrible at the same time. The dirty streets with homeless people sleeping right on the pavement on the way to the station or the downtown, shady people smoking marijuana and selling drugs right by the hotel entrance make it less attractive. Those dealers seem harmless, but their presence gives creeps.

We arrived late evening, and were greeted by a friendly member of staff who conversed with us in English, There are plenty of places to eat close the hotel in the mornings, the room was compact and cozy, with spare pillows stored in the wardrobe. The overall cost of the property was good for the accommodation provided and was close to the Main Train Station.

We did have a bedroom that looked over the main road, so there was some road noise.. (we soon got used to it but initially it was a little distracting) The breakfast hot food seemed to have been sitting around for sometime, we chose not to eat it, which is a shame, as we had chosen last minute to book in for breakfast.

Room was lovely, exactly what you expect from a premier inn. Great facilities for tea and coffee, and super clean. Walking distance from the train station which is why we picked the location to stay at. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Close to tram and Metro stations.

Lots of random men hanging around the entrance and on the car park ramp. Had I been traveling alone I would have felt uncomfortable passing these to get to the hotel.

It was clean, hotel reception staff when we were there was fantastic. whee we n we got to our room we could hear really loud base music from flats at the back. when we asked to move the a room at front of hotel that was no problem at all.

the area wasn’t the best at this particular hotel. there were homeless people sleeping on the corner diagonally opposite the hotel, mattresses in the ground etc. right next to the hotel there were guys hanging around and a strong smell of weed as we pulled up. the guy in reception assured us they would not bother us and we’re there to do their drug business. it’s not somewhere we would stay if I had children with me though. wish we had looked into the area more before we booked.

A big, clean room, with a wardrobe, desk, fridge, AC and safe. The hotel is near the main station (5 min. to go) where you get to all types of the city transport.

It was tricky to get to the hotel: There are several Premier Inns in Frankfurt, and the free taxi booked on Booking.com brought me to a wrong one. I have found this out at the reception of that "wrong" hotel as the taxi was away. Furthermore, the location near the main station in Frankfurt seems to be an advantage not from all point of view... And the reception had permanent problems with their computers. E.g. I had to wait quite a while for the printed invoice. (Note that they issue it only at your check-out.)

The staff were good, my dad especially liked Alexander from the front desk. Helped print off something I needed.

There is no fridge or telephone in the room, which means there's no option to chill down any drinks you have. Decent sized rooms. Outside the door, there are always 3 men selling drugs in the parking entrance. Very dodgy area but next to the main train station and well connected to public transport.
