We stayed at Flemings for NYE 2023, the location is perfect for those we want to be close to transport back to the Airport or anywhere else in Frankfurt for that matter. Shops and cafe in the nearby Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof are always open and have most of the essentials you’ll need. Although check in is self service both Nick and Nina (hope I got their names right) who helped us were always there if needs be not butting in but ready when needed which was very nice, Nick and Nina were very friendly and looked after us with all questions and concerns we had, they would definitely persuade us to return to this hotel. Good job guys - Slainte from Ireland 🇮🇪!

Breakfast so well worth it, with so many options to choose from, looked forward to it every morning! Location was so convenient to main train station, lots of shopping and Christmas Markets. Having apples and water in lobby was a nice touch, and the Lindt chocolate Santa’s left at our door truly a delightful surprise! The rooms small but space used wisely and the bathroom was nice, with a roomy shower and great light and heating!

For us Americans who are used to amenities like small lotions, face cloths, and handtowels, that was odd. The ironing room wouldn’t open, a bit frustrating

Modern, clean, safe and convenient hotel, directly next to Frankfurt main station. Rooms aren't large but well equipped with all that is needed for a convenient short stay. Beds are comfortable, bathroom comes with a modern shower. The neighbor building even has a gym you can use as well. In an area where good hotel options are scarce and expensive, I can highly recommend the Flemings hotel after having tested a couple of options over the years.

Room was lacking a fridge. Earlier check-in was only possible for a 20 Euro surcharge. Other than that, nothing really!

This hotel was fantastic! I arrived in Frankfurt and stayed at a hostel that I really did not enjoy. I moved to Flemings Frankfurt-Central for my second night in Frankfurt and loved it! The location was very easy to access from the train station, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I felt very safe, the hotel was fairly quiet, and the air conditioning was a blessing on the hot day. This was exactly what I needed and I will stay here again during my next visit. Great work!

Nothing, this hotel was perfect.

Self-check in is easy short and not complicated might be a challenge in case of high number of visitors, no check out needed just drop your keys. Cashless hotel so currency is no issue, pay 20 extra euro for early check in which is very convenient for travelers and people coming via train at any time of the day

No mini bar , at least to keep a snack or a drink cool during the short stay. AC is not efficient, and I think this may be a problem during hot summer months. Very small room that make it challenge to walk around if you have large luggage. No trash bin in the room only in the rest room which is very very small.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms as well. Everything clean and comfortable. We met a receptionist very kind on the first day who let us do an early check in, which was perfect after a 22h flight. We also met a very nice maintenance man who helped us around the building as it was like a maze.

Some receptionists were very arrogant and only offering Prosecco to some of the guests, which was a bit rude as it was there at the reception in front of all guests. They were also kind of making fun of my parents, maybe we were not the style of tourists they look for, but well we paid for it like anybody else. Another thing they don’t mention is that you have to pay (a lot) for the luggage storage. Also the location is close to public transport but very bad, specially at night. I recommend staying in another area if you are on a family trip.

The hotel was just opposite the station. Surprisingly in a clean and SAFE area. Exit from McDonald's. Clean hotel with an excellent and varied spread at the breakfast. I even got a gluten free freshly baked bread on request. Staff were very efficient and patient. My thanks and apologies to Sabine at Breakfast and Mohammad at reception for a misunderstanding from my side which they handled with utmost patience!

Feeding of data during check-in is no fun, considering everyone reaches Frankfurt after long journeys. (Alternately they should take all info before booking which can automatically fill up the forms during check-in ). I was not given a choice to choose my room by the automated system. Hence I got a 2nd floor room at the very back of the floor which was exactly 120 steps ( 90 mts!!! ) from the elevators 🙁. Another Major issue for me was that they had RUM hand and Body wash. This is not a great idea for a hotel catering to international travellers. At least toiletries should be NEUTRAL!!! So guests of all ethnicities can avail without confusion. Fortunately I had my soap which I used during my 4 day stay as they did not have any other body/hand wash.

Location is close to Hauptbahnhof, but outside the nearby red light district and is also NOT plagued by junkies and other undesirable like some hotels slightly further from the Hbf. The hotel is quiet in spite of the busy location.

Self check-in did not work for my credit card, which worked multiple times for multiple sellers throughout Germany After requesting help, the worker also couldn't make the self check-in work and had use another process. Great recovery, but the self check-in system needs review.

The property was very nice and modern. Right across the street from the train station.

We had a cigarette hole in our bedsheet the first night we got there. We also put a “do not disturb” sign on our door, however they came in and made up the room anyways. Presumably they just changed the towels because the cigarette hole was still there when we returned to the room. It’s also right across the street from the train station which is good if traveling. However there were several groups of men (on every corner) who were incredibly sketchy. My assumption is that they were dealing drugs. I was approached be men at every corner. Not a place for a solo woman to venture out alone.

Turning on the Airconditioner brought us heavy headache for the rest of the day, probably it is good to clean it. The district where the hotel is located is the worse I have ever been. Of course it is not to be controlled by the hotel, so I just felt sad for you guys. Hope the situation will be changed soon, because the location and the hotel itself are very nice.
