Apartments are comfortable, well equipped, clean, and cozy, with big living room, fantastic to enjoy meals and evenings with family/friends. Spa area is nice, adults only. Pool is not Olympic size, but big enough even for swimming. Ski lockers have heaters. Pleasent staff, very helpful and responsive. Shuttle from the hotel to the Nassereinbahn ski lift in mornings/afternoons is super useful, means a lot.

Location 🥺 Would prefer if it is closer to the center, where shops and restaurants are. A small kiosk and bakery are 10-12 min walk from the hotel. However, location is not an issue when you travel by car. Pool area would have been perfect if it had had jacuzzi with warm water and bubbles 😊

Shuttle isn’t full time. But there are many busses once you learn it.

the location is a good 25 minutes walk from the centre of St Anton and although all downhill on the way there, walking back can be challenging. Nico is the van driver and very helpful, but does not ho all the way to St Anton and is only available at certain times

Lovely big apartments with all the pots and utensils you need to cook, and great appliances plus a coffee machine! The spa area was great, a big steam room and two big saunas and tea facilities. Nice pool with an outdoor area. Staff were super friendly and the shuttle service to the Nasserein lift was great. Loads of storage in the rooms and heated floors in the bathrooms and great big rain showers.

The only thing was sauna towels - they were given to us in the room (1 per person). It would've been great to have had fresh towels available in the sauna so you can get a clean one for the next day without having to go over to reception! :)

Really friendly staff, they couldn't have been more kind of helpful. Especially Nico at the front desk. The spa area was nice to use after a long day of hiking. The apartments are fantastic, really spacious and well-equipped. The beds were so comfortable and the view was just lovely. There's also a guest laundry room which is super convenient. It's also great that you can get the summer card included with your stay to do guided hikes and other activities. It is worth noting that the walk into town isn't a short one - but it's great because you can get electric scooters into town from a parking bay near the hotel which makes it a lot easier and faster (down from 25 min walk to a 5 min ride).

The etiquette of other guests in the spa area was disappointing - people were repeatedly not respecting the rules, entering the sauna and steam room in their swimwear (which makes it very uncomfortable for those who are indeed respecting the rules). Some groups of people were also leaving all the doors open of the different spa rooms, letting out the hot air, and talking loudly and continuously in the relaxation room. I tried to report this to reception but the reception was shut on this particular evening. I'm sure they would have helped if they could.

Apartment is fantastic, great layout and furnishing. There are some potential improvements, though minor. We found storage limited and not enough places to hang ski gear. Some coat hooks here and there would be great. Pillows too thin and beds slightly too hard to personal liking. Would be great with opportunity to get a basic starter pack for first day in the fridge. Some bread, milk etc. If one arrive late (and in our case on a holiday) stores are closed. There is a bar but it is not staffed (or open). Possibility of a honesty bar or staff at least an hour or two on some days that would be great as well.

Excellent apartment - very clean, well equipped and comfortable bedding for a family of 5. Onsite facilities were also great especially the pool, sauna and restaurant. Staff were very friendly and a special shout out to Ben who helped us get in and out of town.

Location is about 700m from the lift which we often walked but more difficult with young kids. We made use of the free locker and shuttles to get around this.

We had an outstanding family ski holiday (two adults, two teenagers). Booked two bedroom apartment. Exceeded our expectations. We will be booking again! 1. Spacious, beautifully designed rooms with mountain views and well stocked kitchen (felt like new appliances, dinnerware and utensils). Photos don’t do it justice. 2. Superb facilities with beautiful spa area (multiple saunas, steam room, indoor and outdoor pool) which we used every day. Molten Brown products a bonus. 3. Quiet location up the hill with a hotel shuttle service in mornings/afternoons which worked well (we rarely waited). Option to take free public bus which stops five mins walk away. 4. And the most charming staff which made our stay special and memorable. I can not applaud them enough - welcoming, charming, responsive and genuine. The staff made the difference between a very good and a great accommodation.

More of a note rather than a dislike. The two grocery stores are at the other end of the valley (15-20 mins walk with limited hours over weekend). We arrived late on a Sat so did a rush shop to get us through to Mon. If you don’t have a car, you will be walking (or taking a bus). It wasn’t a problem but I would have planned better. No on-site restaurant/bar but two local restaurants five mins walk. And if your teenagers are dojng late night apres-ski or clubbing at the other end of valley, they will be taking a cab! Again, more fyi than a dislike.

Everything, it exceeded our expectations, we stayed for several nights and we never got bored, kids enjoyed the pool and other facilities, apartment was spacious, comfy and super clean, view was majestic, we have experienced diffrient look everyday because of weather changing, it was truly magical. Super friendly staff and always ready to help. Thanks, will definitely plan to come back again
