The couple that run it are so lovely, nothing was too much trouble, as soon as we arrived they told us about things we could see and do, there was also a blue book in the room with information aswell. Our room was amazing, the comfort of the bed, the space, the facilities not to mention the bathroom, it was lovely, so big. Breakfast was a choice of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit juices, that was even before we got our cooked breakfast, Debbie even remembered everyone's order, was very nice and professional, even during it, checked to see if we had enough toast, tea and coffee. We were so impressed with the value for money that we have already booked to go back in October, there is a scooter rally (which Heath is in to) and our wedding anniversary aswell, so we will have another great weekend 😀 the beach is only a 5 minute walk and the pier and shops about a 10 minute walk, although the weather wasn't great (no one could help that) there was still plenty to see and do. Can't wait to return, looking forward to it already. X x

Very clean and well equipped.

Our room was on the top floor, which my wife found difficult to access due to an arthritic knee. In fairness our hosts were not aware of this when we booked.

The room was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. Our bathroom was excellent, with aids for anybody to access easily, including a hand rail in the shower, accessible shelving, and non-slip mats. Breakfast is made to order for set times so that it is fresh and hot when you wish to get up! Lovely selection of foods, both hot and cold to choose from, as well as a loyalty bar in the evenings. We had a guide in our rooms, which included menus and local attractions, etc. The location itself is just a couple minutes away from the seafront, but far enough away that it is on a quiet street, so no noise at night. Debbie and Arthur were fantastic hosts, and I would definitely recommend The Cleasewood for a stay in Great Yarmouth.

Debbie & Arthur the proprietors made us so welcome, our room was beautiful so large with all facilities required in the room the bathroom was amazing. Both rooms were throughly clean which is very important to us when staying away from home, there is a lovely lounge for residents wirh a choice of books magazines and a TV plus an honesty bar, breakfast was truly delicious with a good choice of beverages cooked to perfection by Arthur and served in a professional manner by Debbie. Cleaswood is on a very nice side road two mins from the beach. I will certainly recommend to friends and family if they go to Great Yarmouth.

A very civil welcome The whole experience of breakfast could not be faulted. the room,although small,was fully supplied with all my requirements,and was spotless every day

The bathroom,although fulfilling all my needs ,was of a rather bijou nature(i believe a bigger room/bathroomwas available on an upper floor,but a second flight of stairs,with an ageing left knee,could have caused problems)

The room was clean and comfortable. Good location. The host was courteous and welcoming. Excellent value for money. A very good breakfast was included.

The welcome and warmth from the owners. Made as feel verybspecial and helped to feel very relaxed weeken for my daughters competition weekend.Second morning we couldn't have breakfast in normal breakfast time but we been offered to have breakfast hour latter after we back from early training . Couldn't been more good. Rooms clean and cosy shower hot and powerful breakfast fresh and tasty and very very nice people. Thank you !!!!

A warm welcome on arrival from the owners , upon hearing that the show I was there to see had been cancelled they gave me helpful advice of alternative things to do or places to go , the property was clean and comfortable with a homely vibe , the location is great with everything you could want from a seaside town within a 15 minute walk but also far enough away from the excitement and noise yet still a stones throw from the beach , I also had a lovely breakfast of which there is a vast selection to choose from before a friendly farewell .

Room was lovely clean and comfortable. Derby and Arthur were absolutely brilliant so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was the best I've had in years. Bed was so comfortable.

To be honest can't think of anything bad to say at all.
