Food, closeness to the beach, cleanliness, good night sleep.. The price is fair if you catch a good deal and book early. The city square is close, so you can walk at night and explore the little stores and occasionally you can hear live music. The staff is kind and polite.

-The beach is rocky, and you need to wear shoes if you like to be comfortable. -From the third row, sunbeds are free (two sunbeds and one umbrella per room), BUT we never found free sunbeds because people were leaving their towels on the sunbeds so they could come and go and that place is always theirs and occupied. The staff were not really caring about this, so that all of their guests will at least some of the time have free sunbeds to lay on. They need to pay attention to this and if unattended towel is found on any of the sunbeds they should pick it up. I think that will show more care toward their guests.

Ok, where to start?😁 Location? Perfect. Hotel is build towards beach so the rooms are quiet and peacfull. 1 minut walking to the beach, 3 minutes to the center (markets, butiqes, restaurants...) Rooms? Big, spotless, bright. Cleaned every single day. Staff? Nice, worm and hard working. Beach? Clean, with enough sunbeds, the waiter is always there if you need coffie,beer...there is even kids playground if the little ones get bored. Food? We had breakfast and dinner while stay. There is always enough food, every morning and every evening we had fresh fruit. Food was tasty and well prepared.

The hotel is very good. The rooms are very clean, they clean them everyday. It is very close to the beach with free sunbeds. The sea is without rocks. There’s a restaurant near the sunbeds. The pool is also clean. The food at the main restaurant is also good, different types. The place in general is clean and good looking, there are also trees. It’s close to center. The stuff is very polite, it was lovely.

Perfect location right on the beach. Everyone at hotel were nice and polite. Pet friendly. Breakfast and dinners simple but good quality. The sea is calm and clean. Free parking space around the hotel. 2 big supermarkets and plenty of restaurants available

The tap water is salty. You have to buy bottled drinking water.

It is close to the beach . It’s very good for a family vacation, because all the guests are families with kids, so if you have a kid, it wouldn’t be alone, it will have friends to play with. The breakfast was very good.

I didn’t like that the first two rows with sun beds are charging, instead of free of charge, because the stay in the hotel is not to cheap. It’s bit expensive for the days we stayed. Also in the rooms you can feel the humidity. Your clothes are all wet and you have to put them outside.

Nice room, comfortable beds, good aircon, very good wifi on the beach and pool. Nice pool bar. Close (200m) to the center of the village, with plenty o bars, restaurants and shops.

Breakfast could be more varied. Despite the fact that there are many children at the hotel, the smoking is allowed everywhere. It is really annoying, especially when guests are smoking on the balcony. I would suggest to separate the beach areas for smokers and no smokers. The smoking in the hotel facilities must be prohibited.

With its private beach, restaurant, playground, swimming pool and rooms located in the same area, the hotel is very suitable for families with children. Food is always above average. The location is perfect for a family walk after dinner for shopping (souvenirs, magnets) and eating ice cream. Nice restaurants and supermarkets are also within walking distance.

Good for family with kids. Beach is right there in front of the hotel. There is small playground near the beach, which kids actually enjoy even if they go there every day, doing the same things over and over again 🙂. Food is good. Rooms are big enough, it is clean and in good condition. It is a good value for money and I would recommend it.

That beach near the hotel is not the best one, because the entrace in the water is inconvinient and hurtful 😳 . Not good when you are with kids.

This is the best hotel in Hanioti by far. I was in others as well and for this money it is a great value. Especially when you have a child or a baby. Everything is close, room to the pool, bar, Restaurant and sea.

Breakfast was repetitive. Our room was over the kitchen and sometimes it was a bit smelly. Also, A/C was set to 21* and we could not shift it :(

The beach in front of the property is absolutely beautiful - clear blue/green water, nice beach beds provided by the property. We didn't have dinner at the hotel since the hotel is close to a small town with a variety of little restaurants.

Breakfast was ok - some fresh fruit, eggs, sausage and some pastries. The coffee was from machines like the ones at the airport, which was disappointing. Parking was a challenge since the property does not have its own parking and we had to park on a random street. There is no elevator in the building at the beach. Only the building across the street from the beach has an elevator. Cleaning crew comes to the rooms even if you have a sign Do not disturb.
