Definitely a forever-primary choice! We were met with the warmest smiles from everybody, a beautifully kept environment, clean pool and very comfortable rooms. Even our neighbours were as nice as the staff. Not only a recommendation, but a must-go if ever visiting Chaniotis :) Rooms Perhaps the cleanest and tidiest place I've stayed at, with wonderful room service and cleaners, our towels, bedsheets and covers were changed daily, for any used toiletries we were given new ones. The cleaning lady was really kind, the first time she came to clean she noticed the door was creaky and immediately reported it, and by the time we returned from the beach it was fixed! Walkability 5 minute walk to the beach, 7-8 min. to the nearest bigger shop (Masoutis), and about 10 to the entry point of Chanioti's centre. Food and drinks A sweet and suitable continental breakfast, offering eggs, bacon, croissants, coffee, pastries, toast etc., always ready to start your morning with the most satisfying smells! Other than the resort, personal favourites in no particular order that we tried were: 1. To Xenaki (41 Euros, including Greek salad, garlic pita bread, amazing fried zucchinis, two souvlaki portions and two 0.5l beers) 2. The meat in Max Fast Food gyros was much better than most we tried (even though Garry's was highest rated) but please note that for some reason tzatziki (which is what makes the gyro a gyro) was extra and you HAVE to mention it to places if you want it. 3. Lemonis Bakery was as usual a go-to spot for any on-the-road or beach snacks and food. 4. An interesting surprise was the China Restaurant which offered some really tasty dumplings and salmon sushi at quite a reasonable price! Hotel highlights Romantic, Quiet, Child-friendly, Great value

The location is great, really close to the beach and the city center (10 minutes walking to the beach, maybe 15-20 to the city center). The area is really clean, well preserved, really green and natural. Even in August it was not really crowded, it’s a quiet place to stay with your friends or family.

We had two individual beds (I didn’t have any other option when booking the room). Could have been fine if the two beds were stick to each other but there is a big space in between so we couldn’t sleep properly. Also the beds are not comfortable enough. The room is really old-fashioned, it needs a renovation. The breakfast is really simple, should have more variety.

Very big room and big bathroom. Did not expect to have a jakuzzi tub - it was very nice surprice. The hotel has a village vibe, you can hear roosters in the morning, so it is great for someone who enjoys being in the nature. Hotel is not far from the beach and the main village where you can eat, drink, shop. Close to the bus stop to Thessaloniki. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is always something that "can be improved" but according to the rating of the hotel it has clearly exceeded our expectations.

The bedroom was very spacious, included TV with decent channels. The beds were comfortable, the air con was good, the bathroom was clean. The bedroom had a balcony which was nice. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony one time. The pool area was good and the pool temperature in June was very cool, but once you stayed in there for a while it felt refreshing. The staff at this hotel were amazing, very helpful and got to know their guests well. The resturants near by serve delicious tasty food menus and the staff are very welcoming. There is a beach called 'white beach' within walking distance from the hotel. Wasnt a big fan as it is a stony beach, yet there are nicer beaches not too far away from the hotel.

The food options were limited for someone with diary and gluten intolerance. Didn't really enjoy the lunch food options although the fries and salad were good. However there are plenty of resturants and a few local supermarkets near by within walking distance. It would have been nice to have a kettle and drinking mugs in the room we stayed in which was the twin bedroom. As we had to bring our drinks up each time. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel village.

Good pool, best massage (expensive, but worth every penny - go for it!), reception guy and cleaning lady very friendly, good location near a beach, pretty architecture, tasty breakfast.

If you entered the pool bar while wet, you would be scolded by the bartender. However, you needed to walk through the whole bar in order to reach the POS to pay... Otherwise, the bartender was a nice guy. Also, parking spots were too few for how many rooms there are. Some needed to park the car outside of the courtyard.

The place is really beautiful and cozy. The stuff was really nice, always smiling and supportive. It's 6 minutes walking from the nearest beach. The beach line is small but quite so it's great for relaxation. The rooms were clean - they were cleaning every day and getting us new towels. The breakfast was delicious. I would love to go back there again.

Nothing :) Just a small recommendation to change the breakfast per some days. Otherwise, I loved everything.

Very nice garden, clean and well kept, wonderful pool, extremely clean and warm, good breakfast, polite staff, nice balcony, parking available, good beach nearby.

The room is a little small. You have to cross a busy road on your way to the beach which is close (about 300 m). The spa is not free for guests, very expensive, 60 euros for 1.5 hours, we didn't use it.

We stayed from 15.9-23.9. and we were very comfortable staying here. We booked 2 separate rooms for 3 persons - one double bed room and one junior suite. The pool was clean and hygiene is very good. People were working every day to maintain clean area and all I can say is that we enjoyed staying in this resort. It is quiet, clean and comfortable.

Highway is near the resort so people have to be careful when crossing the road when going to beach.

Great place for a weekend getaway. Cute breakfast area,nice food and great cleaness all over the complex. Very nice bar and pool area.The water in the outdoor jacuzi is cold. We went in september and it seemed that it was not very crowded so that was really nice. Spa area is great and there is a fee for using it. The rooms are avarage but clean and tidy. Great balcony as well.

Hrana pristojna uglavnom ista svakog dana sa manjim izmenama. Sobe ciste uredne. Teretana i spa centar zadovoljavaju potrebe.Osoblje u spa centru veoma usluzno i ljubazno.

Lokacija je ne bas najbolja. Prva plaza na koju mozete da se kupate je na 350m od hotela. Ne zvuci strasno ali problem je u glavnom putu pored samog hotela koji morate svakog dana da prelazite gde automobili svakog dana u turistickoj sezoni prolaze 24/7. Neki od njih voze normalnom brzinom a neki NENORMALNOM. Centar sela je na oko 800m udaljenosti.
