After having extremely accommodating and helpful service, i promised the staff at Parkview Taipei that i will leave a review. many thanks to hotel manager Chris and hotel staff Emma for their help. On the evening I checked-in, I unfortunately needed to head back to Singapore on the earliest flight the next day due to an emergency. As i had booked through booking.com, the initial policy was that i could not get a refund on any of my nights (i had booked for 3 nights). The staff were extremely understanding, and went out of their way to try to find a solution for me (into the late night) despite the limitations. They helped me contact the agency and arranged internally within the hotel. In the end I managed to get a refund for my last night. Many thanks for the kind service, and I must say that the rooms were very nice, modern and cozy. Was a pity that I could not stay longer! Highly recommend!

The location was good with a walk to the MTR about 10 minutes. We ended up having dinner in the restaurant several times and it was excellent quality and good value. Breakfasts were not so good as most of the things that should be hot were just luke warm as the serving dishes were left open. Front desk staff were very helpful in helping us work out the train system etc.

Breakfast was the only real issue. Apart from that it was a great place to stay for a few days.

- in a great and safe neighborhood. Up & down the blocks there are many local eats, if local eats are you thing. & cute Coffee shops . - Staff are friendly and helpful - room is really well designed, with cove lights in the room (& in corridor ) for good ambience . & pelmets to block out day light adequately as needed . Obviously good thought has been put into the Interior Design. - Bathroom good too, with ToTo washlets as luxury hotel would . - crispy linens and fluffy duvet .

genuinely friendly, helpful staff (thank you Leslie!) loved the complimentary bottle of red wine for our honeymoon; conveniently located as it's close to an MRT station and to the main station as well; surrounded by banks, convenience stores, cafés, wine bar; 5-minute walk from a road lined with excellent restaurants, shops and eateries; lovely bathroom with both a large tub and an elegant, spacious shower; plenty of space around the washbasin to leave your stuff on; rooms are equipped with nespresso coffee machine, electric guzzini kettle + coffee capsule and tea are provided daily; pretty, comfy slippers and robe; air conditioning just fine (neither too cold nor too hot); very, very quiet!

the door-window to the little balcony can't be opened; i guess it was for safety reasons, but that's definitely something I wish I had been able to do.

It’s really a 4 star hotel. Spacious rooms with a very modern decoration. Great comfort. High quality. The staff is very helpful and kind. The first day i arrived late in the evening. I did not have TWD cash yet. I had a problem with my credit card. And the restaurant was closed. One of the staff ordered me a meal online with his personal account. (Of course i paid him the next day) I was really very touched by his gesture. Special thanks to him.

When you see the comfort and the quality of the hotel, you expect an excellent breakfast. But the breakfast is very weak. Both the variety and the taste was not satisfying.

My wife and I spent 6 nights at the hotel and we were very satisfied - staff, cleanliness, quality of the restaurant. If we visit Taipei again during our travels, this hotel will be a clear choice for us. The hotel is very accessible and conveniently located if you want to explore Taipei - there are bus stops near the hotel and a subway station a short distance away where two lines (orange and green) cross. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful - they always helped us and answered our questions. The room was clean and tidy - every day room service cleaned the room meticulously, changed towels and restocked the minibar. The beds were the right firmness - we woke up refreshed every day. Breakfasts were rich and tasty, there was a small change each day, we didn't miss anything. We had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant - the food was delicious and the staff attentive and friendly.

Some of the hotel staff or the hotel restaurant did not speak English.

Fantastic place, and a solid 9/10. This hotel is very new and clean. Located at one of the most convenient areas of central Taipei, it has access to anything a tourist would hope for. The in-hotel restaurant is high quality for the price.

I don’t have to say anything. But if I really want to squeeze a few suggestions to make it a 10/10 … 1) Consider making the double curtains electrical since their setup is inconvenient for manual 2) the fridge needs to be colder, and preferably has freezing box for ice creams 3) change the desk to something matches the room design and color, as it is the only thing that looks out of place

This is honestly the perfect property that I have ever stayed in. I loved how the room was divided, and that I get a full bathtub and shower in one enclosed room. I also liked how there was a Japanese styled toilet which is always nice to have, and the bed is so massive that I can sleep horizontally on it. Customer service was nothing short of amazing. I lost my hotel keys twice, which never happens, but the staff did not charge me at all for my mistakes.

There is nothing that I disliked about the room except for the fact that there was a balcony in the room that I could not access. The television could have had more channels and the AC controls could have been closer to my bed, but I am seriously nit picking over here.

All the lady stuff were super helpful, when they see my both hands are occupied with 🎒, they open the door with a smiling face and also open the lift so that I need not to use my room key to access lift. It was really such a comfort. They guide me so cordially whenever I am asking any question about any location, directions of road etc. Everyone speaks English so well. They also allow me late check out. They understood every need of mine, arrange an English speaking driver for sight seen. Thank you everyone. It is Suborna from India.

I liked everything. If there will dessert in the breakfast menu, it would be better.

The hotel building is brand new and so are the furniture and the amenities included in the room. The room was sparkling clean and the hotel staff was very helpful, kind and polite - a big thumbs up for all of them, especially Zhenny, who was really helpful throughout our stay there. Walking distance to public transport (metro station at 5-7 minutes walk, bus station even less).

The room did not have a great view, but that didn't count much, when the interior was so good and the staff was so helpful in any matter we had to deal with. A bit pricey, but the value is worth it.
