The professionalism of the desk clerks in providing personal care items such as toothpaste and with a smile. Also this mornings desk clerk set up a live stream feed for a number of us guests to watch the recruit graduation ceremony at Great Lakes Naval Training Center. She was very knowledgeable, including adjusting the air conditioning in the room to accomadate my 94 yr old father. And she also provided a blanket for him to warm himself.

The room key was intermittent in allowing access to the room. Worked fine for access to the common areas, but it didn't seem to like the card reader on the room door most of the time.

We were there for sons bc graduation and it was a perfect quiet location. Only 1/2 hr from the airport and less than 15 minutes from base. Was also minutes from Wal-Mart and grocery so we could pick up some essentials for our stay that we couldn’t fit on the plane. It was very nice to have 2 bedrooms and perfect to have living room/ kitchen space to relax and enjoy our time there with him.

Only complaints were that the floors are thin and the group upstairs ran/jumped/ stomped until late night and kept us up. My husband went upstairs the last night because it was literally shaking the walls. Only other complaint was that there was still hair on the walls in both showers and a coffee cup in ours so I’m not sure how thorough things were wiped down though everything looked clean

The seating area for breakfast was a little cramped. Seating was not readily available.

The location to my fiance PIR was great. The breakfast was great as well, several choices for my family. The staff was beyond great. Last minute we needed to extend our stay and even tho PIR was on a Wednesday due to the holiday she still made accommodations for us. It's nice having a room with fully stocked dishes and full size fridge so we can make our own meals.(my mom's on a restricted diet so we didn't have to eat out) I would definitely recommend this hotel, and there were no bugs or rodents and I'm one that will still inspect it no matter what, but here it was very clean and was completely comfortable for us. They also have shampoo, conditioner and body wash that my kids prefer to use over their own. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day. My kids loved it. We have stayed at different hotels while on trips and this one is by far the best home away from home. Kristina was very helpful and treated us like family. If any bumps in the road and u will be arriving late just call them and let them know they make the process fast and easy to check in so u can get to the room and relax. When I come back to Illinois I'll definitely be staying here again. My personal experience with them the whole time so far has been great. And we were able to stay in the same room for the extended stay. Again if u want that family comfort this is a great hotel. We are from a busy town and live right by the freeway so being right by the highway helped us sleep lol. Again this was a home away from home and everything was within 10 mins from us. The way it looks online is what our room looked like. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom kitchen and living room. It was a lil apartment pretty much. Well worth the money and not expensive staying around a holiday and having to extend the stay 3 more days.

What i Didnt like was the Tv's were Old the telephone was old the blow Dryer was 10 years out of Date for the price we Paid the Signal wasn't working on the Tv it was Really old the lights and socks didn't charge our phones Properly because they needed to updated other then that it was very Nice

We were greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly and helpful woman at the front desk. Visiting town for our son’s Naval graduation, we received invaluable information that enhanced our stay. The room was impeccably clean and offered exceptional space for the price. Our son even spent a night on the couch with us, making it feel like home. I highly recommend this hotel to any family visiting their sailor—it's an excellent choice!

The property was great and the upkeep was great as well. We checked in late and their was a person there to assist us, which was appreciated.

Our room was decent but the fridge had not been emptied and there were not enough towels for the amount of people the room accommodated. Went to purchase snacks from the lobby at about 8pm. The staff at that time did not even try to assist or ever got up from her desk. I'm from the south so it came off as a little rude.

The Suite itself was very clean and roomy. The kitchen had all the pans, plates, utensils needed. The refrigerator was full size but was missing the door handle. Huge plus was that the bed was comfy and we had plenty of bath towels. The front desk staff were all very friendly and The breakfast had great options.

Our suite backed to the busy road where the Amazon distribution center was located. Throughout the night, you can hear the traffic and it got a bit noisy where it was hard to fall asleep. There was a guest that was either smoking weed outside or in their room because the smell was coming in through the vents (first two days there). Lastly, a guest vomited in the elevator and it took staff a while to clean it Up. We were going to take the elevator to our room when an employee was Cleaning it. He stated he witnessed the guest that vomited but it took the employee at least 5’hour to clean…?.

Convenience. Privacy. Nice to have a hotel room for the whole family but everyone is still able to get to their own spaces if needed.

The room wasn't the cleanest but it wasn't bad. There was a couple things left behind by previous guests and the shower didn't look like it had been cleaned (hair on the walls). No huge issues though! Also, the road noise on the back side is pretty bad.... Would have changed rooms if it wasn't sold out.

The Breakfast Selection was great! The staff was nice especially the pregnant lady. Building was very secure! The location was near all of the stores you may NEED (Walmart, Starbucks, Phone companies, & CASINOOOOOS my mom loved that. Most importantly close to the Naval station which is what brought us to the area Navy graduation.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t check in early BUT I TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD…. That was just what I didn’t like.
