Room was very large and clean. Microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker included. Breakfast was great--variety of options including meat, eggs, make your own waffles, and cold items. Location was decent since I was using it as a base to hike in Dupont and surrounding areas.

Biggest con was cable TV. No way to scroll through the guide (just had to turn to channel 0 and let it cycle through) and no hard copy channel guide. Additionally many popular channels including ESPN were unavailable due to "expired contract with Disney." Kind of a bummer during the US Open. Also, the fridge did not seem to work very well.

The spacious and clean setting. The large bathroom...I enjoyed the whole set up...we never really needed staff after we checked in...the continental breakfast had great variety and loved that it was a hot breakfast with healthy options.

The coffee in the room was not good. And I was hopeful there would be a hot tub next to the pool but I think that was just because it got so cold during our trip. But otherwise it was an ideal stay.

Clean, abundance of towels and washcloths, large mini-fridge, and the bonus of a microwave, several lamps in the room, 2 bedside lamps were adjustable for reading. A luggage rack, and hangers were available as well as a bench as soon as you entered the room, I used the bench for suitcase and easily hung my garment bag. The room was clean, efficient, well appointed with a desk and desk chair, a comfortable reading chair. The building was quiet, and well insulated. Well managed and a great place to stay. Thank You.

I asked for a late check out when I booked. I called to confirm the day before arrival. I was attending a wedding at 2pm just 30 mins away and it was freezing cold. They agreed to letting us checkout at 12:30 which was better than 11 and kept us from having to sit in the car in the cold for so long B4 the wedding. I appreciate the extra time given to get ready.

I loved the building being smaller, and it was designed nicely.

Cleaning people just need to be more careful. There was a nut on the floor under the bed. We had them clean the room while we were there, and it still was there after, so I thought the angle of the vacuum wasn't picking it up. I'm just worried for people who have nut allergies, and I'm glad my some didn't find it while he was crawling around. Could use more stations on the TV. Everything we wanted to put on was not authorized.

Everyone at the front desk was helpful competent, welcoming as were the kitchen and cleaning staff. The building is very well maintained - the front area has a feeling of space and light and is welcoming, my room was very clean and quiet and private. The location is central and very easy to get to.

Breakfast could use a few more healthy options for vegans - i.e. vegan, no sugar bran or blueberry muffins or vegan yogurt.

I needed a place to stay overnight as I was traveling back to the Midwest. This fits the bill. The location was perfect, close to what I needed. It was really a great place to rest and rejuvenate for my drive the next day.

I really had nothing that I did not like. Breakfast was really crowded, but I believe the hotel was full, it wasn't a problem, as I could take food back to my room. There were fireworks being shot off, but the hotel had no control over that either.

I was heading into town as my oldest niece was getting married. my sister, brother in law and myself were traveling with our kids and needed a place to stay. i called and booked here and they were super nice and very accommodating. The front desk was very nice and our rooms were nice. we needed 3 rooms for our group and they took care of us. The rooms were nice and beds comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast in the in the morning was good there was a little bit of everything so whether you wanted to make waffle, have fruit or eat cereal or bagels there was someone f for everyone. Across the parking lot there were a few places to get food you could walk to like crackle barrel and McDonald’s. also down the road a short drive there were a few places to eat and gas stations close. it was also close to the interstate. The indoor pool was also nice as it kept mine and my sisters kids entertained and they had fun. Not really much negative to say everyone was great even the maid staff. If I had to stay in the area again I would defiantly book back here. I also like that it was super quiet not. The price was decent also especially since we had a larger group of us a total of 11 traveling together.

not much to complain about. our stay was nice. only setback was that a lot of the places to eat closed very early in the area. the hallways smelled like fresh paint but I guess they had just finished painting. other than that for the price it was a good value and nice stay

The staff was really nice and everything was clean. The location was ideal to see family only 15 min. Also, only 30 min to Ashville. Pet fees were very reasonable.

Rooms are a little dark and outdated. But we weren't there to hang out in our room anyway, just FYi for others.

Continental breakfast had great selection and everything was hot and fresh! Whole hotel was clean, well kept, and in order. Even the coffee was good! Our room was quiet, cozy and had local photography on the walls.nice touch.

Hard to nitpick this one. Didn't care too much for the pillows but that's just me (a bit soft for my liking). Also, there was no overhead lighting, so it could get a little dark in there if you didn't have a couple lamps on (there were plenty to choose from) The only regret I hard was not staying longer.
