Bed was good, water was hot, and the staff was very helpful. I recommend staying there if you are not looking for all the frills. Just a clean, nice place to stay. And management was very accommodating after Booking. com messed up my reservation.

The morons at Booking.com who cancelled my reservation without my permission. Whoever cancelled it without notifying me. Management plus me were upset because I had the confirmation reservation and they were notified to cancel it giving no reason. (and don't use the hurricane) It will be the last time I use Booking.com.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Jorge helped us get checked in and since the locations laundry room was not in service, he called a sister hotel for us and we were able to go over there to do it. On our check out day, we were greeted by a warm, smiling face and I believe her name was Janelle(?). She also called the shuttle service for us as we were heading to the airport, super sweet lady. If we ever visit the area again, we'll likely stay here thanks to those two lovelies.

The parking spaces were a bit small but since they weren't busy it wasn't a huge problem.

The inn has been renovated and it was clean and refreshing . Our rooms were cleaned every day and new linens . Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Pool was clean and refreshing a lot of people used the pool. Great place!

The hotel room was so clean and the hotel a lot to offer, breakfast, washer/dryer and a target within walking distance. The staff was probably the best part, George was so kind and helpful and accommodated any questions or requests. Thank you so much!

The hotel and room was comfortable, the swimming pool was situated outside the rooms. The managers went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and arranged a shuttle driver to take me to the airport.. All of the staff did absolutely exemplary work..

I liked everything the hotel had to offer. There's a saying, if it's not broken, don't try to fix it 😉

I liked the breakfast . The room was comfortable and clean . Was in a good place near lots of food choices and nearby everything you could need . The young man at the front desk was the best very helpful very nice and always polite He was great .

I ask the ladies to leave me clean towels and wash cloths but they didn't then they took our dirty ones and didn't return with clean. But the young man at desk was ever so nice and polite he was awesome.

Perfect location as we were flying out of Asheville Airport early in the morning with just a 3 minute commute. Room was very clean, spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff, especially the managers, went well above excellent to see that my stay was as pleasant as could be. During and after the hurricane disaster.

Our room by the pool was excellent. Close to the airport. With a shuttle. Good for more than one night, with a nice self serve breakfast. Very good value. Much better than expected. We will definitely come back.

You could light coming from room behind us from around the sink plumbing. Could here them talk and TV. Alarm clock was smashed
