The room was spacious, a comfortable bed, an air conditioner, a kettle and a wine fridge (although we'd prefer a normal mini fridge, since this one was small and tricky to set temperatures on)

We had a bit of a trouble paying the city tax, since the host sent us a link for paying and our card didn't work with that link, we asked if we could pay in cash upon arrival but it was not possible. At the end the host sent us another link that worked

our apartment had the bedroom window facing the main street so it was very loud. bring your ear plugs 😀

so close to both bus and train stations . We were in Room 2 , a large double room with couch and two armchairs , a rarity in hotels . very reasonable tariff . We moved from a much grander hotel for two nights to be closer to the train . it was 1/2 the price of our previous hotel . not nearly as good but close and economical . No lift and the stairs are steep . I’m 70 and it was tough going !

Location is on point. It's close to the train station and the city centre is only a few minutes away. The room is clean and spacious. They provided all the necessary toiletries plus there is a kitchen where you can have a coffee/tea, or store some food in the fridge.

We had a difficulty finding the accommodation as it is a residential flat, and there is no signage from the outside. Because of that, you need to find the apartment number as specified by the instructions of the owner.

although it was advertised as having coffee making facilities there was nothing obvious. we found a machine in a box on top of a cupboard which had not been used for ages. There were no cups or mugs!! There was various food items in the cupboard that had been left there for some time. A little more attention to detail and the place would be very good

The room is good. Location is perfect. Just a street next to the main station. And only short walk to other attractions. There is a shared kitchen with hobs and fringe that we can use. I would recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants an cheaper choice other than the very nice hotels and anyone who wants to cook during their trip.

A group of people always stay near the door of the building because a restaurant next to the building. Narrow stairs to go up to the accommodation. Staff was not very friendly when she met us on the last day.

The spot was perfect 👌 5 minutes from the train station by feet so everything was close to us and also we didnt have to chase the time on our departure from there. In general our stay in Florence because of that spot!

Efficient and central. Modern and clean bathroom. Ok bed. Host fixed problem 40 minutes after i reported it.

"Livingroom" layout made it not useful for much other than storage. A kitchenette with a table and chairs would be more useful for us.

It was within easy walking distance from the railway station and public transport. Plentyofhotwaterforshowers. . Good communication about entry code.

The room was jaded and needed a good make over. This would make value for money.

Very spacious, and the photos don't quite show how big! It really is a very large room! It was nice and clean and fantastic location for not only the train station, but everything in Florence.

Kettle in the room would have been useful. Need to fix the wardrobe lock.....
