great friendly and helpful staff! very clean facilities, fairly comfortable beds. A/C could be a bit better but better than nothing on a super hot day. great location—close to all the tourist attractions plus easy to get to non-touristy neighborhoods.

A/C did ever cool the room fully and shower door easily came off the tracks but still a great experience. we still liked the bathroom and the room.

Amazing staff! All three people we met. It personally is very important. There is always someone at the reception and even in the morning you need to ring the bell to enter. Super easy check in. They explain everything. Short walk from the main train station, you are close to the center and right next to the hotel a cute bar (all wood inside) and a pizzeria. Great price for what we got. The place was sparkly clean. New renovated bathroom that was spotless. We had a window to the street. Very nice to air the room. The room is quite small (with 2 small luggages and 2 backpacks felt full) but for people not spending time in the room like us, definitely not an issue. We are going back without checking any other accommodation. We felt fantastic there. Extra points: you can keep your luggage there! But even if you don’t want, a couple of meters from there, there is a place, where you pay to leave your luggage. This place really has it all. They do not serve directly there breakfast but they can arrange for you to go somewhere with breakfast (I think it was another hotel). They will send you also this info right away with the booking.

The property was very clean and very close to the train and bus station however it was far from the touristic area and it was a quite a bit of a walk. The property was very clean and the staff were amazing. I did not like the fact that the elevator doesn’t go to the third floor we had to carry our luggage all the way on the stairs from the first floor to the third floor, the property of offer storage of luggage. We booked a room for three people and it was very spacious and amazing actually it was two rooms connected with an open door and one bathroom.

everything was good, the bed was very comfortable and the whole room was amazing. the personal was so kind, i don’t speak italian but they tried there best to spoke to me in english-spanish and they help me a lot with any kind of doubts that i had. the location was pretty good because the hotel it’s close to the traim that you can took right next to the airport, so it was very comfortable i arrive at the hotel in 15 minutes and for not much than 2eur. the hotel is very pretty and you also have a lot of restaurants near by if you want to eat something.

the only thing that i can think about is the fact that the breakfast wasn’t available in my time there… they do offer you a solution like going to a near by hotel and have breakfast there but to be honest i would rather eat in the one i’m paying

The hotel was exactly as advertised. Very sufficient for what we needed. The location from SMN Station was excellent. The room was clean, and the AC was great. The staff were PERFECTION. They took excellent care of our bags ahead of being able to check in. One of our packages was fragile, and this was communicated to them. Upon our return to check-in, I noticed that they attached a very large sign upon it stating "fragile" so anyone other than the person we told would also be aware and could treat it as such. Also, the convenience of an elevator was a great relief as many buildings did not have them. The room itself was very small, with no space to spare... but this was of no surprise to me. Do keep in mind... it is very small but highly efficient.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The facilities met all my expectations and were in accordance with what was being advertised.

I had a comfy large double bed and the AC worked nicely. The front desk staff are kind. the hotel is great value for your money, efficient in its size and clean. The hotel is also right by the train station/ Tino Cafe (i love it for brunch) and an easy walk anywhere else.

One night there were people partying until 4am. I heard it through the door into my room. I called the front desk and the person said "they cant do anything about it" the next morning the other people said the person should have done something about it. lol ok.

Location was great, all main attractions / monuments were within walking distance (0,5-1 kilomter) A great selection of restaurants in the area (radius of about 250-500 meters). The beds were clean and well made. Airconditioning was amazing as well. My room had a pretty recently renovated bathroom, water pressure was good. Plenty of complimentary soaps / bathroom accesories.

Rooms were a bit noisy. Not so much the noise from other rooms that would seep over. But when people were walking or talking in the hallway it was very noticable.

Conveniently located near the Firenze SMN train station (very short walk). It was also within walking distance from a lot of the downtown Florence landmarks and restaurants. I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Iacopo at the front desk for being such a kind and helpful gentleman. The entire staff was very nice but Mr. Iacopo made my wife and I feel special during our stay. He was always eager to help and we appreciate him for making our first visit to Florence a success.

A good choice if you arrive late and want to stay overnight. Very easy to find. Right next to the main station and the tram stop (there is a direct tram from the airport). I kept in touch with the manager all the time, my flight was late. I arrived at the hotel after midnight. Another plus - there was a kettle in the room, and tea. The breakfast was in a four star hotel across the road. The staff are nice and friendly. I would say it was good for its purpose - staying overnight before travelling to another destination.

The building is old, it requires a renovation. My room overlooked a busy road, I could not open the window. The room was small and I had trouble airing it.

Very close to the Florence train station, with luggage store options. Excellent connectivity to other parts of Florence and Italy. There is tram, bus local and national service near by, apart from National Rail service. Check with Hotel if you’re coming with your car. The staff were very friendly, took time to make us comfortable after the long journey. Helped us with the luggage storage before checkin and after checkout. Always available to answer questions and help with room service. Rooms were well maintained, clean and comfortable. We were 2adults with 1Toddler, with lot of luggage and strollers. The hotel sufficient space to fit all these things and move freely. My room had TV with internet service, hence my son got some YouTube time to relax during the stay. Though the Hotel is in busy area, you didn’t hear the street noise. Unlike some UK hotels 😜 - you don’t hear your neighbour whispering Goodnight or walking mid of night for bathroom 😁

Bit crowed due to the location, but everything else was fantastic.
