The apartment is very nice and has everything that one would need during the stay like fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, stove, washing machine, hair dryer etc etc. Mario has made complimentary coffee, tea, toast, jam, bottled water and other eatables available for the guests. The apartment is located close to Dergamo station on M3 which is the best line for tourists since Duomo, Centrale, Rupubblica etc. are located on this line. Mario checked us in personally and gave us very useful tips as well. He was available on the phone in case we had any questions. Highly recommended.

The property was awseome. Great location to get in to Milan. Would definately stay here again. Mario went over and above. He came to meet us at the Duomo and took our luggage back with him so we could get on the hop on hop off bus in Milan. Then came back to meet us at 11 pm to take us back. Breakfast toast and jam and coffee were left for us to enjoy. 20 out of 10 for his amazing place. Thank you Mario for all your help. We couldn’t have done it without you. 🙏

Place is very close to the metro. And very clean . Mario is a super host who went out of his way to help at all occasion. My girlfriend and son arrived very early in the morning and they found Mario waiting for them. He even helped them to the the bus station with their bags. What a gentleman. Highly recommended.

Very helpful owner, very good location with short distance to public transport which connect with most important places in Milano. Apartment equped in all you need. Parking places available on surrounding streets (payd between 8am and 1pm total 6Eur) Specal thanks for Mario for his help !!! Previously booked hotel has cancelled our reservation without any advaced infomation - in this time, very late evening Mario accepted our reservation and just before midnight opened apartment and helped with parking .

Mario has made a conscious effort to make guests comfortable! It is a comfortable bed, a good sized shower, espresso machine (and pods) and even a couple umbrellas, in case of bad weather. (Not to mention other small items of thoughtfulness) Its a bit out of the city center, but the metro is easily accessible. we would absolutely stay there again!

Mario, the host, is so accommodating and friendly. He met me at Centrale Station to help me with my bags and offered to practice Italian with me. The room was spacious and very well equipped. Beautiful bed, great shower. Fridge stocked with water, milk, and butter; croissants, bread, and a range of condiments are stocked on the shelves above. Amazing place, the BEST host. Don't miss out on this one!

Mario is such a friendly and helpfull host! Amazing how the space was thoughtfully and cleverly used. Very well organized, completely equiped and just a leap from a subway station going in a couple of minutes to the Duomo.

Everything was perfect! it has everything you could think of. Mario was helpful and thoughtful! We had a Great stay in Milano! I highly recommend this!

Mario was super welcoming and supportive. The apartment is small, but perfectly equipped with everything you need. Mario really paid attention to the details and created a lovely little place :)
