I loved the check-in and out staff along with how friendly and knowledgeable they are. I loved how comfortable the room and furniture were and the bonus continental-type breakfast! I will always love the option of bringing my pet family with me and the facilities accommodations for them!

Just the price could have been more competitive for the time I actually stayed at the facility. Also, I would have preferred to have more kitchen supplies in the room or an option to have it placed in the room prior to going into the room. This was pretty much a last minute getaway and I was in and out so much that I missed opportunities to request what kitchen-ware would be needed for my time.

Amazing staff, safe area, comfy beds, we booked same night due to an unsafe Airbnb and the staff were brilliant with us. Will book again if we return to LA. Staff gave us a warm welcome and gave us plenty of laughs and recommendations of places to visit. We wanted to stay longer just because of the warm welcome we received. Top marks

Only thing I can say is that we didn't get downstairs early enough for the muffins one morning but after our experience the night before with the Airbnb we booked this was no problem for us

Staff was nice and room cleaned pretty good

I requested lower level they gave me 2nd floor. No coffee pot available. I wasn't aware that it's 25.00 per dog which Is the most I've ever paid for animals. Wasn't told the times or where to go for breakfast. They also didn't tell me I could only pay via credit card and they left the ladder, tape,screw driver they were repairing something and never cleaned up the mess. Pricey i think but I still would stay again

They were very accommodating to our emotional service dog. Also I appreciated how clean the room& bath were.

climbing over the tub was hard as a handicap person to do. I would have preferred a walk in shower.

My stay was really nice. The fact that there were many many pets staying at the hotel, I did not smell or see any evidence. The inside/outside were kept clean. Thank you Extended Stay. I’ll be back. ❤️🙏🏾

the only small negative was the FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. it was granola bars and oatmeal packets. maybe dont mention free breakfast, and just have a counter they can take those if theyd like.

It was as clean and plenty big.

Didn't use kitchen, would be nice to have cheaper rooms without kitchen. Also would have been nice if they sold razors and better soap in the vending machines.

The room was exceptionally clean. I stay in hotels a lot including many top rated 4 star+ hotels and the cleanliness of my room at Extended Stay exceeded most of the highly rated hotels. The room was a basic no frill design but every part of it was very clean! It was so comfortable!!

I expected some sort of breakfast but all they had was coffee, and not a dedicated room to drink in

I don’t like the breakfast it supposed to be breakfast it was only disgusting coffee and a disgusting muffin
