Parking was fine across the street or down by the magnificent Roman arch - where presumably they would have parked their chariots. The location was superb as it was a short walk into the old town and the Sting concert at the astonishing Theatre Antique d'Orange. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Most of the staff seemed to be smokers. My first glimpse on arrival was a group of them smoking outside the back door in the car park. On the first night around 9pm there was a group of reception staff smoking outside the front door so you had to walk through the smoke to go inside. Perhaps this is normal for France, I don't know. On the first morning there was no hot water in my room, number 221. I did tell reception and so I had hot water for my second night. It would have been lovely to have had real cups and glasses in the room instead of paper and plastic cups. That would make a huge impression!

Very functional hotel but the best part was the caring staff. Good location I liked it that they offered a smaller, more economical breakfast option alongside the big spread.

In general I prefer quaint, small hotels, but the 2 I had stayed in before in Orange were full so I chose Kyriad. It was certainly fine but had more of a business and family feel. Lighter, brighter colors in the lobby would be good.

Location was great a few minutes walk to old town snd to the Arch. Beds very comfortable. Staff was very helpful as we required gluten free diet snd they ensured our dinner was safe snd it was very good snd a great value. Kettle and small fridge in room was great to have.

The hotel is in the centre of Orange, just a couple of minutes to the Triumphal Arc and the historical centre. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was truly reach (as for France :) ). The hotel is not new, but we liked it climate. We had a main door code so we were totally independent.

It could be a bit cheaper.

Incredibly helpful staff, some of the friendliest I’ve seen. Good breakfast even though I have allergies. The location was great, maybe 5 mins walk to the antique theatre and 10 mins to the train station. Basic, older hotel but very clean.

Great location the menu saying steak and it was really a miserable beef burger. I asked for medium rare and should have been told not possible. However I complained and manager did not charge. He is excellent sadly I don’t know his name

Clean, cozy room and very friendly stuff. All stuff members were friendly. The room was clean and had enough space. All of which made my stay pleasant.

Nothing, but if I had to say, there was some kind of stain on the faucet, which was noticeable.

Large, clean, lightfilled room, lots of hot water, good water pressure. The staff very friendly and quick to help.

Could have used another chair and a place to put toiletries in the bathroom.

The breakfast was missing ANY vegetables neither simple oat availible,just cornflakes.

As everyone in prior reviews stated, the beds are very comfortable and the room quiet despite being right on the road. We were fortunate and able to park on-site but it is VERY limited, costs €6 per night. We brought our dog and the cost was also €6 per night. The breakfast was standard and cost €10.90 per person. The location is right on the edge of the city centre which is good for a walk after travelling all day. Unfortunately lots of restaurants were closed as Tuesday evening after Christmas but we found a great restaurant called Antico Grill. Highly recommended, it is basic French cuisine but prepared to a very high standard.

I had written more than a day in advance asking about nearby parking if their lot was filled as we had skis in the car and needed secure parking. I wanted to know the cost for pets (as some places are very expensive) and did not receive an answer to the questions so as we had a free cancellation until 6pm, I took a chance to arrive and see what the costs and situation was like, luckily it worked out....unfortunately I don't speak French otherwise I would have called but have learned that trying to speak a foreign language over the phone often makes it more confusing for both parties.
