Great location in center of historic section of town. Market day right out the front door of hote on Thursdays Interestingly decorated room. No noise from other rooms

It is level in from back alley, but main entrance is up a couple of steep steps. And after checkin another couple of steep steps. Adding a handrail woukd ne a good idea. Let them know ahead of time that you would like a handicap accessible room.

A very friendly and characterful, if rather rambling, hotel. Central location ideal for walking to the main Roman sites particularly the antique theatre. A very good lift for a smallish hotel. Our superior room had a separate toilet room in the shower area. Good quality breakfast included many varied 'home' made items.

Nothing specific for us to dislike, but busy pavement location, rather tight self-service area for selecting breakfast, and limited reserved parking, affect our overall assessment.

Great local, warm welcome and nice big room. Bistro restaurant served quality dishes that were good value, along with excellent local wines. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our dog was welcomed everywhere. We will return on another trip.

Only small niggle was the entrance to bathroom was low (I'm 6ft) but managed not to bump my head.

Fully renovated and large bathroom Air-conditioning was very strong and cold Staff are all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very worth it for the price. Plenty of hot and cold dishes. Although I'm vegan and gluten free there were options, including soy and almond milk and fruit pots without yoghurt. Bed was comfortable even though the room seemed small, it was perfect for one night. Very close to the ancient ampitheatre (100m walk) which was great as I was there for an event finishing at 1:30am, and felt very safe walking home alone.

Great staff, cheerful and helpful. The price is good for a hotel in the middle of the city. The location is excellent, near the fascinating Roman Theatre, with loads of parking just out front. The rooms are small and in particular the toilet is tiny. If I was any taller, I would have had problems sitting down. And finally one of my pet peeves, big overstuffed pillows. Hard on the neck and very uncomfortable. But overall I would happily recommend this hotel.

Our stay in Orange was fantastic. We enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Spacious and nicely decorated. And we appreciated the air conditioner too.

There is no fridge in the rooms (or there wasn't one in ours) and with the hot weather in August, we couldn't keep any beverage cold for when we return to our room. The rooms are spacious enough to have a fridge but I dont know why not!

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and did their best to make sure everything was good. The breakfast had a great choice. We ate there in the evenings, which was good food and straightforward.

The room was very small and lacked any view.. But it didn’t matter too much as we were out most of the time.

Nice room and bathroom, pleasing features, quiet - we had a good nights sleep, fun decor throughout the hotel, exceptional breakfast, great to have secure parking. Friendly staff, really helpful - our car was parked for us and when leaving it was brought out as part of the service. We will certainly return, have already booked!

The breakfast choice was great, but we missed having some seeds and raisins to add to the oats for our cereal.

Helpful and welcoming staff. Although we didn't have a dog, I appreciated that this hotel is dog friendly. Great location, with the old town and its attractions on the doorstep, plus easy access by car and parking too. Having the restaurant and bar on the premises was a blessing on a cold Monday evening in February, when most other restaurants were closed. Quirky decor and very friendly.

We booked a room with a terrace, which it had, but it was narrow, with a high wall, so no views.
