I really liked the location. Near the centre and what's even more pleasant, near the ocean, across the street. Clean, cosy.

It's a pity there wasn't a kettle to make coffee

I cannot rate this particular property, given that we were sent to another side of Tandem apartments. The alternative apartment exceeded our expectations by far at no additional cost.

I booked on short notice and indicated our late arrival time. Check-in at 21.00 was not possible, we had to call the number at the entrance. Our booking was confirmed but the apartment not available, so we were offered another apartment in a different location.

Big and clean and very helpfull staff. They informed us that this place we booked, had problems with the air conditioner and they wanted to give us another place instead. We agreed and it was a wonderful and very big apartment in excellent location.

No complaining about anything. Only problem in the place we were given instead was that there was nothing that we could have washed our dishes with.

The apartment was big, clean and modern. It was very comfortable and the location was nice for restaurants, the beach and other site seeing activities.

There was no oven but this is a minor thing. There were toilets after checking out that we could use and we had a long journey. When we checked in the bathroom had a terrible smell of sewers but we were told it was because it had been raining a lot. It was gone on the second day.

It was good there was a washing machine and dryer. Great location.

Would have been good if some washing powder was provided, or even a small charge to use some , rather than having to purchase. The front droor to the apartment was unlocked most times so there was easy access to outsiders to walk into the building . This wasn't great security.

Fabulous apartment for the price, everything worked, and location at the centre of old Cadiz, is great. Door code system worked without much problems.

The € 150,- deposit irritated me. I t was paid back quickly enough, but I probably would not have booked if booking.com had presented this in a more easily found way (hidden away in the small print, as it was)

The location was great! In the centre of the old city. The hosts were really helpful and welcoming! I’d definitely recommend the accommodation

The fact that there is a requirement for a security deposit for damages. However, the hosts, especially Marta was wonderful and really understanding with our needs

Spacious, modern and clean apartment with high-quality furnishings in a great location. Big, comfy bed.

Some things missing in the apartment (e.g. no brush or washing up liquid and no daily cleaning, so hard to avoid dirty dishes lying about; not enough toilet paper and no one in reception when it was meant to be open, so we couldn't get more). Our ground-floor apartment was on a street and we had people poking their heads through the window, so not the best for privacy. An option to specify upper levels when booking would be appreciated. Worth highlighting that they ask you to pay a €150 damage/noise deposit before you've even arrived at the apartment - worth checking the flat's inventory and state first.

The place is new, recently renovated with multiple apartments. Our room was great: new, clean, looked like a real apartment: functional kitchen with utensils, table, living room, bedroom and bathroom. There's a city underground parking nearby (paid: 17,60€ per day), so if you come by car it works very well. Really nice place! The mandatory deposit was returned within 2 days.

No real view from the window, but that's fine for us. And getting the door code online - didn't work for us, had to go to the reception at 4:00PM.

Lovely spacious appartmemt, 2 small balconies with sideways sea view, very clean and comfortable. Very nice reception staff. Great location in the old town, very close to the Cathedral and market, 20 mins walk from the train station

Kitchen equipment and utensils were minimal. I really missed a kettle, and there was no teatowel or washing up liquid. But small price to pay for such a lovely appartment
