Good location in the "old Cadiz", within walking distance to the cathedral, La Caletta, etc. Reception with a good English-speaking receptionist who explains everything precisely. They own several buildings in the street and the amount of tourists is big enough to create a lively street with multiple pubs nearby, open till the night, even off-season. Great economic experience, and professionally done!

When you try to pick up the keys by car, you need to be rough - there is no space on the street where to park. Just stop in the middle of the street and go to the reception. No one from the locals is such a fool to go to that street anyway ;-). Then we were sent to public parking a few hundred meters away, not exactly what we expected (but not a big deal as well).

Pleased not to book parking previsit as due to the timing of the trip other cheaper options were available. However this would be an invaluable service at busier times of the year

The bed linen was badly fitted, ie. The base sheet too short and quilt badly placed so I had to remake the bed entirely !!!

Great location in the old part of the city, everything within walking distance. Next door to possibly Cadiz’s best tapas bar. Parking in the hotel garage. A bit difficult to find hotel but well worth the effort.

- Friendly receptionist who explained to me in English the parking and even gave me a map with suggestions on sites to see around Cadiz. - I had the studio and it was very spacious with a little kitchenette with everything needed for cooking. - Hot water and good water pressure - Great location, easy walk to the beach and Cathedral area. Lots of restaurants and shops around, with an El Jamon grocery store less than a minute walk away. - My building had a washer/dryer on the rooftop balcony area that was free to use.

- Parking was a bit complicated since you have to go to reception first to get a fob to enter an assigned garage. It was also a bit tight in the parking garage, luckily I had a compact car. Parking is 18 euros per night. - The streets in that area are very narrow for driving - Was able to hear noises in the hallway, other guests going in/out of their rooms. - My room had a window which let in natural light, but looked out into the inside of the bldg

Location of the Studio couldn't have been better. The internal fittings of the studio were new and modern -it was light and airy. Excellent staff - especially Andrew and the girls on reception. The cleaning staff came across as "happy" and always had time to say "hello". I was impressed by the extra facilities - although I didn't use them - that there was a washing machine and dryer available which was free of charge.

My recommendation would be to install umbrellas - or a canopy - for shade on the roof terrace. This was an excellent facility but, in the three days of my stay, there was only myself and two other people who used it: I went up a few times but left as there was just no place to sit in the shade - it was just too hot. This would definitely deter me from booking this accommodation again and this was during September - not exactly the height of summer! Also, there was a lack of storage space in the studio which I felt was a poor decision by the owner. I would suggest removing the suitcase rack and putting a small chest of drawers in its place; the suitcase rack could then be positioned elsewhere.

Parking off site but not far away Desk clerk seemed frustrated and overwhelmed when we arrived, chastised us and several other guests for being late and said he “ almost cancelled our room” I apologized but explained our ferry from Tangier Morocco was quite late. The clerk was pleasant after that; I think part of his frustration ( and client’s frustration too) was that the hotel is on a very busy one way street, the hotel parking lot ( obviously not big enough to accommodate the number of clients for the number of rooms they had) was full, and the desk clerk was madly trying to give directions to the parking lot off site to at least 5 parties who arrived around the same time.

The studio was clean and the kitchen had the facilities needed for cooking for ourselves. There are grocery stores nearby at a walking distance. Our room was situated above a pub and although it was noisy in the evening once we closed the windows it was surprisingly quiet. There is parking at the hotel, although limited and subject to additional payment (18€/day). We chose to park there as it was more convenient at the time( we were travelling with a young child).

Everything was great. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Easy to check in and bonus being able to check in 2 hours earlier than expected without any extra cost. Good cooking facilities and comfortable bed. Plenty of room for 2 people. Enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the square although not big enough to sit on.. Great location, short walk to caletta beach, close to old town area and lots of historical sites including cathedral.and lots of tapas bars right on the doorstep.

Not able to use the apartment/ hotel car park. However there is a car park close by about a 5 minute walk away and is manned 24 hours a day (disadvantage is it's outdoor so the car can get hot).

Backpacking so 20-30 mins from station good. Reception staff great, helped me forward plan a bus trip whilst checking in. I’d booked a night and then booked another and emailed to connect the two. I got upgraded to an apartment with small kitchen (which I used to cook a humongous steak purchased from the nearby Market). I needed a launderette as travelling light, delighted to find complimentary washing and drying facilities, just need some powder. Not only convenient but saved time. Great location, local bars outside the hotel beaches within a few minutes, nice patios in the hotel. Cadiz is not as polished as say Seville but great for walking, huge beaches and bars etc..I really liked and stayed a third night. Very clean room, and although I didn’t require, the offer of cleaning everyday was available.

From about 7am things get a bit noisy, not sure if building work or fans in bathrooms etc.. tbh great alarm clock, but if your after a lie in ! But this is minor overall.
