The location is perfect for attending a concert at the Amphitheater and Historic St. Augustine (without the high price). Hotel was very clean and nicely remodeled/updated.

Our room was very noisy at night, not sure if it was because of the mechanical room or the ice machine near the elevator. The pool area was locked up at 9pm, you couldn't even sit outside to unwind. Bed was comfy, pillows - not so much. Breakfast was mediocre...typical free hotel microwave breakfast and closed at 9:30am. The parking lot (free) looks recently redone but the parking spaces are very narrow and the rows are too close together to safely maneuver through the lot.

Almost everything. The pool was wonderful, the breakfasts were amazing, and a location was exceptional. The staff was right on top of everything and very polite. The hotel was within walking distance of many great food choices. If you have young kids there was even a putt putt golf location right next door. The fitness room was small but adequate. The Wi-Fi was fast for my needs.

There was rarely ever any pool towels in the towel rack by the pool. The TV channels were hard to figure out. And a lot of basic channels that most hotels have were not available at this location. The parking lot was very tight. I don't know if they were having a towel issue but it was also a little difficult getting clean towels from time to time.

The closeness to The Historical District. How peaceful and quiet it was. Loved the view of the lighthouse from the hotel.

Didn't like the sink open and outside the bathroom. Our adult daughter met us there for her dad's birthday and it was difficult to have privately for dressing but we made it work. Safe wouldn't unlock and we asked twice to have it unlocked but was never fixed and the breakfast area needs to be larger. These however are small things and in general it was a good hotel and we would use it again.

The hotel seemed newly renovated. It was clean and efficient. The bathroom was great, with a large shower and convenient soap dispensers. There were lots of outlets next to the bed and by the desk. There was a place to put a suitcase. I appreciated the microwave and the Keurig. The breakfast was decent with eggs, potatoes, sausage and a pancake machine, plus continental items

The bed was a little stiff and the pillows were flimsy. The bedside tables had stains or burns on them. The door stuck a bit.

The room was very noisy as our room was facing Anastasia Bld. The room we booked through Booking it did not state the location of the room. It would be useful if we would have known within the building where the room was. At the front desk we asked if the room was noisy, but the lady assured us that it will get quitet during the night but it did not, only for a few hours after midnight.

When we arrived there was no power! It was back up and running by the time we came back and we’re getting ready for bed! At about 2 am someone got into our room via a key card given to them by the front desk! Totally freaked us out! Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great! Location perfect! We rode bikes into downtown

The housekeeping entered with the do not disturb sign posted and knocked three 3x so it woke me up each time however the housekeeping is very nice and gave me toiletries etc ,I just recommend they be informed to skip rooms with do not disturb signs . It's a tough time for me I needed the interrupted sleep . I just think they forgot sign hanging on door do not disturb. The price was high 200.00 for one overnight I'm interested in a free night stay if possible 5618889471 if possible everything else excellent

This Holiday Inn Express is on the main street on Anastasia Island across the bridge from old St. Augustine, so a good price for the area for a comfortable, clean room, a good parking lot, & good wifi. In late December, St. Augustine is very crowded, & for whatever reason (rapid growth? Covid closures or staff shortages?) we found every restaurant had a 45min wait at 7:30pm - keep that in mind if you arrive late & hungry! BUT the "Tacos My Blessings" food truck next to Stampede (a short walk from the hotel) was AMAZING! Our burritos & fries were really delicious - this is the place to grab dinner & bring it back to the room... Along the same lines, the Holiday Inn breakfast is decent, but the little breakfast room is too small, so you may be eating in your room (or in the car!) Very happy with this overnight stay in St. Augustine - thanks!

The property was very conveniently located from the beach and downtown destinations. The concierge was very courteous and helpful about our room and getting us a shuttle for the Old Town tours. The room and beds were very clean and we appreciate that each of the amenities we needed were available.

Space in the room was not as open as we would have liked. It was difficult going in and out of the bathroom.
