Wine, beer and soft drinks available during your stay was a nice touch. Lovely breakfast in the very elegant dining room. Beautifully decorated and furnished property in a great location to explore St Augustine.

Quite a steep narrow stairway to reach our room, especially with suitcases.

The place was astonishing, very romantic. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and the bed was really good. Complementary drinks and water a plus. Very clean facility.

The parking is a little bit far from the facility.

The property itself was beautiful and clean, inside and out! Location was amazing! Very close to everything! Our room was a 10/10. No complaints. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was hot! We had a living room area with a fireplace that was nice for those cold evenings. Breakfast was homemade and delicious! There was always water, soda, coffee, wine and cookies available throughout the day. The cookies were so good! This was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! We will definitely book here again!

At first, we weren’t sure how we felt about parking 0.5 miles away at a lot, but honestly, we parked and never used the car. Everything was so close that we didn’t need to! We walked everywhere.

Did Stay in Victorian House Bed and Breakfast for a couple of day. at check in my room was ready. I request in advance and was approved. I stay in Juliette rooms and have big king bed. was given paper and a guide of places to visit and places to eat and was really helpful. rooms have cable tv and small fridge with complimentary water. Place was close at walking distance of everything. they have a spot for parking like a 5 minutes walk from the place and that were my car stay mi did not use my personal vehicle at all. Breakfast was awesome and staff was really friendly. in the afternoon they always have cookies and in the kitchen there is a small fridge with soda, water and wine. Love the place and I will return in the future.

I could say my bathroom was really small but I was by myself so I make it work.

The Victorian House B&B was wonderful!! Our room was upstairs and we had a balcony that overlooked Avila Street. The location was perfect! Within walking distance to St George St anchor all the activities there. The House was beautifully decorated, both inside and out. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing! Complementary cookies, wine and water were also available. Parking was a few short blocks away but it was free.

The bathroom fixtures and layout could use an update.

The house was lovely and very Victorian. Our room was comfortable with a sitting area and fireplace. The bed and linens were great. We were provided robes, cut glass glasses and bottles of water. The breakfasts were very good and more food than we could eat. The porch was especially lovely to sit on with coffee or wine. Location was perfect. We parked our car a few blocks away (free parking with our stay) and never moved our car until we checked out two days later.

The wine provided was Sutter home which is, in my opinion, not very good. I think they could have gotten something a little better and still inexpensive.

I would have liked a choice at breakfast rather than what was given to you. although they asked if we had dietary requirements, this didn't give you a chance to say no cheese/cream etc if you did not want this for breakfast. I would recommend a curtain to cover the bedroom door in the room we stayed in as the light from the main street was not blocked out by the blinds in the entrance area, so had to hang a dressing gown from the top of the blinds to shut it out.

Great location close to everything! Inn provided parking off-site but within walking distance. Very good breakfast served individually. Coffee all day/evening with delicious cookies. We would recommend highly. Comfy beds with lots of pillows!

More attention to dust on blinds and window sills. A/C and heat vents and bathroom exhaust vent needed cleaning. It was not an issue for us but stairway was only access to rooms. Access would be a problem for persons with disabilities.

The location was ideal as you needed to walk around for shopping and eating there is NO obtainable street parking. It was perfect to get to see everything and I felt safe walking alone until 9 when the shops and attractions closed. I loved the room it was truly comfortable upscale bedding and awesome shower. I loved the quiche breakfast served fresh and the staff were all so pleasant. I want to thank Mallory at the desk for handling so many early arrivals so well and putting my bag in my room while I was out shopping. She was such a pleasure with information about how to get around and what to see.

I missed the turn onto Aviles the first time as it appears to be just an alley between buildings not a street, perhaps mention this. Also I had to wait on Aviles behind a tram tour who took their sweet time blocking up the whole street not seeming to care. They could be more considerate and lastly I was fortunate to be able to pull in to get the parking pass with the street paving trucks moved out of the way but perhaps you could allow us to down load a parking pass and directly go to the parking area to avoid this extremely busy little block.
