Location is great as it is very near several metro lines. It is also located in the quieter side of shimbashi and of walking distance to Ginza area. The wifi was great, and the amenities provided (pj, toiletries, etc) were sufficient. Bottled water was refilled daily. There was a portable humidifier/air purifier provided but I do not know if I used it correctly cos I still felt that the nights were pretty dry. The toilet was spacious and the room size was adequate (can’t complain much since everywhere in Tokyo has small room sizes).
The pillows were a bit flat to my liking. I did not really utilise the day lounge area (by the window) in the room so it is a bit of a wasted space for me.

While it was the smallest room we stayed at during our 27 days in Japan - we booked Privilege King Room. The room was big enough for the 2 of us & our luggage. I especially liked the bed as it was the same size as our bed at home. Be aware there is no clothes cupboard/closet so you will be living out of your luggage. The location was was great for walking to Ginza & also getting to Asakusa & Kappabashi as I wanted to shop during our last 3 days this location for me was ideal. It was also really easy for the pre-booked Taxi pick-up at 5:30am for getting to Heneda Airport as they could stop right outside the lobby for pick-up.

The hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff extremely helpful. The location was excellent, it os a relatively quiet area so no disrupted sleep but was within short distance to excellent shopping and to both the Yamanote line and Ginza subway line which made getting around the city very easy.
The room was small, which is expected in Tokyo, there wasn’t really too much space to hang clothes. The biggest issue is the lighting, in particular in the bathroom, the lighting is awful making putting makeup on quite tricky at times.

The room was excellent, good space & very clean. Bed was very comfortable & bathroom was clean & modern. Good location, only a short walk to station, shops and restaurants. Staff were excellent, helpfully booked a last minute taxi for us on request with no notice (fair was also flat rate).
This is a more expensive choice than others available but considering the central location I would still recommend the hotel. Lifts can be busy.

Breakfast was excellent! We all enjoyed it! Servers were so pilite snd accommodating!
The lighting was too dark in the bathrooms! It was difficult see to put on makeup! The hallway after getting out of the elevator to walk into the restaurant was too dark since I have a vision problem. I was afraid I would bump into something.

The property is walking distance to Shimbashi Station, Ginza Metro and associated underground’s. Very easy to get to the main tourist areas. Also easy to walk to Ginza area and The Imperial Palace. Plenty of eating places nearby and the Hotel Restaurant also does a great evening meal. We arrived early after leaving a cruise at Yokohama. Staff (Daniella) was really helpful and helped us with an early check in.

Very modern & chic hotel rooms. Helpful & friendly staff. Nice breakfast available. Located close to bars, resturants & train lines.
During my stay I had the unfortunate experience of other hotel guests being very noisey, loud & disruptive in the late evenings. Was surprised that this behaviour persisted for two whole nights.

The hotel was in an excellent location. A short walk to major train station. Great choices for local food and shopping. The breakfast was superb. Not the over indulgent buffet. The restaurant was beautifully decorated with natural lighting.
The decor was rather dark along with sparse lighting in the rooms. Putting on make up was a nightmare!

Great location, close to train station with plenty of restaurants at your door step. Rooms are a great size for a Japan hotel. Great value for money given hotels proximity to Ginza high street.
Pillows were uncomfortable.

Good location, decent breakfast spread, helpful and friendly staff. Nice beds and good water pressure in the bathrooms and despite being next to a busy road and train tracks er had no noise complaints. Would visit again!
