1. Location is great. Walkable to most attractions and hotel is by the river. 2. Convenience store just a few doors away. 3. Eateries in front of the hotel or a short walk away. 4. Night market just a few minutes walk away but I believe the night market is not what it used to be and it's opened past 9 pm. 5. Staff is friendly and helpful. 6. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and air-con functioning well. 7. Room has a kettle, instant coffee, toothbrush with toothpaste and shower cap. 8. Great wifi connection. 9. Value for money.

1. Single room is really compact. Those who need more space should not book the single room. 2. Only one English TV channel, AXN.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The first room they gave me had blood stains on the duvet, someone else’s hair on the sheet, and yellow stains on the pillow. The room smelled strongly of mould, the bathroom floor still had water from the last person’s shower, and there was a door open to the outside at the end of the hallway that allowed birds to fly inside. I asked for new sheets, the guy at the desk didn’t understand so I showed him what was bothering me. He put me in a different room that had what looked like shoe marks on the duvet and more yellow stains on the pillow case and sheet. It smelled just as strongly of mould and there was even more water on the floor of the bathroom. I accepted this room because at least it didn’t have someone else’s blood and hair, but I used the towel as a blanket because I was so disgusted I couldn’t use the blankets. The bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned in what must’ve been weeks, it was very dirty, and the toilet bowl had a ring of yellow in it. If you want somewhere clean and comfortable, this is not the place for you.

The location is good.

On the description it says, the single rooms have "river view", but actually all single rooms don't even have a window. Only the family rooms have a "river view". The smell in the bathroom was disgusting.
